Taylor Momsen was spotted getting back to work on the set of ‘Gossip Girl’ Friday afternoon, after being hospitalized for a throat infection earlier this week. It’s nice to see she had such a speed recovery. She looks so adorable in these pictures, it’s hard to believe she was in the hospital just days ago.
