CNN has just reported that a white SUV has been found with a child's body in it. Confirmation is currently being sought by medical examiners to determine if the child is in fact Julian King, nephew of Jennifer Hudson. But the car matches the Amber alert description and there is a young boy dead inside.
This is just too much to handle.
My thoughts are with this family. So tragic.

Also, neighbors said the vehicle has been parked there since Saturday. Since Saturday? What kind of neighbors are these? Why didn't they report this to the police? This is shocking!

not idea where you got your info. but what i read was: Chicago officers located the vehicle at about 7 a.m. Monday morning about 13 miles northwest of the Hudson home.

Why would put the heading that he's been found dead without confirmation? That's irresponsible.
I really don't think you should report that he's been found dead if it hasn't been confirmed. It's almost cruel and very presumptive.
I had a feeling that the boy would be found dead when the cops located the suspect but not him. I was hoping I was wrong though.
The killer needs gets the death penalty. Murderers especially child killers don't deserve to live.
One of the neighbors that saw the car saturday said he DID call police about it and they never did anything with his call. I'm inclined to believe that given the Chicago PD track record.

I feel horrible for her family. A few months ago I reported a suspicious car to the police repeatedly, it had been parked in front of my house for a long time. It took the police about 2 months to come and investigate, so it's very possible the car was reported but the police took no action.
This is sooooo sad. J-hud and her family are in my thoughts and prayers, i was watch the Chicago news online and there were neighbors saying that they called the cops on friday and no one came out, and then another neighbor said she called the cops on saturday. Where they found the car is less than a mile from where the brother in law was arressted at his girlfriends house. This is such a saaad saaad situation. What kind of person would do such a horrific thing. Like my mother always tells me, WHat is in the dark shall come to the light. Hopefully all will be revealed soon.

how could someone do something like this? there are so many horrible people in the world today that no one can feel safe. it's bad enough to shoot the mother and brother, but to kill a 7 year old innocent boy is truly sickening. i hope they find you did this and they get what they deserve. i cannot believe that someone could live with themselves after doing something like this, to think that this is acceptable behavior is just wrong. i feel so bad for jennifer she deserves our support in a time like this. i have no idea what she is going through, but i hope things will get better for her after having to go through such a tragic loss.
I just read the details of this on people and they said that he was shot several times. I don't know what I was expecting but for some reason I couldn't imagine that a human being would shoot a 7yr old. I really truly didn't think they would hurt him. I thought they wouldn't take a child to kill him, they just wanted money. I just think it is so cruel and unnecessary. Like his mom, said- why couldn't the person just drop him off somewhere if they were afraid of getting caught. Im really trying to understand how this could happen. Are some people just damaged, where something happened to them in their lives to make them inhuman? I never used to believe it, but now I clearly see that being a parent is the most important job in the world. A parent has to make their child into a good human being, because when that child grows up, if they haven't learned basic humane behaviour they commit horrible crimes like this.
I thought for sure would find little King alive and well. People are so ruthless. I just don't know how someone could hurt a child even if he could identify his abductor - who could harm an innocent sweet child. For God's sake he was only 7 year old. This man deserves the same pain he inflicted on this little boy. OMG! I'm just blown away!
