Jessica Biel Doesn't Know How She Is Going To Handle Aging

Well, good thing the girl is only 26 then isn't it!!! Jessica Biel doesn't know how she is going to handle getting older. In fact, the actress is claiming she's started to notice her body already giving out during work outs. Perhaps you need to slow down with the workouts then Jess! We all know how dedicated you are to hitting the gym.

"I don't know how I'll cope with aging - I better start figuring it out. I feel my knees changing - like, why do I have this pain when I'm running on the treadmill?
"What's going on with my lower back when I wake up in the morning? I just feel changes.

"And I'm definitely fearful in a very vain manner about my body aging. I think it's freaky weird to look at a picture of your grandmother when she was a young woman and look at her now."

One thing Jessica will NOT do is give into the pull of plastic surgery. The fear of blades around her face far outweighs of fear of wrinkles.

"I am really afraid of blades on my face - that freaks me out beyond belief. I would way rather have wrinkles than have some slice-up going on."

People have to get over being ALL about their looks. Work on your mind, read a book!losethatgirl blog

Dont assume people who care about their looks dont care about other things like their mind. It may sound crazy, but it is possible to care about many areas of your life at the same time.

Yea, yea, shes afraid of blades near her face...blah blah. That didnt stop her form getting fat injection into her lips with needles, did it??

And a boob job and nose job.

Wow. It's a seriously sad picture of how screwed up the film industry is when a 26-year-old is already worrying about aging. She's got a lot of years of worry ahead of her if that's her state of mind now!

She didn't focus purely on the cosmetic aspects of ageing, she voiced concerns regarding her joints! Bit quick to jump onto the negative there!!

I really don't understand why people are so hostile toward this girl. I'm younger than she is, and I can still look at the future and realize that it's going to be weird to deal with the changes of aging! It's going to be tough to deal with not being as physically resilient, and even the first signs of wrinkles have me kind of freaked out to be honest. She's just being truthful, I don't think that makes her shallow or pathetic - I bet if more of us really think about it, we secretly feel the same way!

Well, darling, you may as well get used to it because there is nothing you can do about it.

I don't mind the fact that it bothers her that she is going to age; who has not had some "oh no!" thoughts abouat aging? Obviously taken to extremes it causes major problems. But I do find her grandmother quote very odd. I think when most people look at their grandma and then see picks of her at a younger age, they don't get "freaked" out. I mean did she think that her grandmother was never young? Without wrinkles? She is still the same person!

She's looked older and dowdy ever since she hooked up with JT. But if she is 26 and feeling knee problems, etc....then she's hitting the gym too hard. That shouldn't be going on at 26. I am 40 and am just now starting to experience some pain after working out.

i understand what she's saying...some of those plastic surgery nightmares on celebs are horrid...plus in that industry their looks are everything....

She seems to be geniunely concerned about the fact that she is going to age. I am not as concerned for her because I get the feeling she will somehow manage to overcome her fear of "blades near her face". Besides, someone else already pointed out that she has had lip injections... aren't botox injections done with needles? She'll be wrinkle free for as long as she can afford it. No worries.

She should get in touch with Madonna and see how she handles working out at such a high level. JT must have Madonna's phone number. I agree that at 26 she shouldnt be noticing that much of a change in her body yet. It does sound like she might be overdoing it.

Oh and a little tip I use when I start to worry about a line here or a bump there. By the time I am 5 or 10 years older then I am now I will be wishing I looked like I do right now !

This is when I'm glad that I'm a normal person and not a celebrity. Yes I am getting laugh lines now, but at least they remind me that that I laughed (OK I've laughed a lot). Sometimes when older women in Hollywood smile, their faces don't move. That's just spooky!

I get terribly offended when a self-righteous creature with mediocre achievements and questionable level of intelligence decides to lie blatantly to us, the "simpletons".

Anonymous Anonymous said:

Im so sick of people saying negative things about ppl they dont even know!
how do you know she has questionable intelligence? Have you ever had a conversation with her? No?! Right then.

I would say its you who has questionable intelligence if you judge someone you don't even know based on one small quote from the media. And to think that what she said is THE ONLY thought going around in her head? Uh-huh.
Like you've never thought the same thing! I'm younger than her and the same thoughts pop into my head occasionally too. Big whoop! It doesn't mean that's the only thing I EVER think.

As for the "simpletons" bit... obviously its you who thinks you are a simpleton.. not her. if its effecting you this much, that you have to write nasty shiz on the net about other people who you've never met or been acquainted with, why don't you use your oh-so-high level of intelligence to do something about it?

Wow. I'm 48 and not even a fraction as worried about how I'll be looking in another 10 years as that girl is now at 26. I'm not even close to obsessing about aging. What for? It's inevitable. It's going to happen to everyone. I think her problem is she's working in an industy that's so youth focused, that she knows her days are already numbered. Thirty is old by Hollywood's standards. I think everyone just needs to take a deep breath and avoid looking at photoshopped celebrities so often. And realize that those people get paid to look "perfect", so they're always in the gym and under the knife. I actually feel sorry for them. Thanks, but I'll keep my sanely ordinary life.

She'll just get more cosmetic procedures. She knows what to do. Afterall, in Hollywood, 38 is OLD! That is so strange to me, but oh well. Glad I don't have to live there.
