I think this is really powerful and effective. If I were an American Citizen, I would most definitely vote! And you know exactly who they are supporting!

Will they stop already! Some people don’t vote because they believe that their vote doesn’t matter at all and that politicians/government will do what ever they want anyways. Add’s like these won’t change their minds but just annoy the heck out of them : )

These people are soo condescending. I really just don’t understand why celebrities think they are better than us. I am not voting because they tell me to; I am voting because I know how important it is. AND I knew that before their comercials.

well they say more people voted on the American Idols then they did on the election day – pretty pathetic in my opinion. I thought the video was pretty good but way too long.

I live in a country where voting (once you’re over 18) is mandatory.Yes, it’s a pain to get up early on a Sunday (usual voting day) and go… but I have to remember that democracy wasn’t always guaranteed and the right to vote (right, not duty) is something that, for instance, my parents were denied of at a moment.

I don’t think everyone knows exactly how important their vote is… yeah, ONE vote doesn’t seem to count (despite de 500ish that determined the last US election) but think of all the people that feel that ONE vote doesn’t count… that’s a lot of votes.

If you don’t vote, then you don’t have a saying in what happens in the next 4 years cos you did nothing to change that.

And think of what would happen if someone suddenly deprives you of that right and imposes him/herself… think of all the non democratic countries USA fights for (and I’m saying this even though I’m completely anti-war)… if you are against dictatorial governments, then you should vote!

Anyway, I just think those ads were great (and kinda funny!)

    Good luck… and vote!

No one should base their vote off of celebrities. They’re not telling you, “Go for for Barack Obama.” “Vote for John McCain.” “Don’t vote for Obama/McCain.” They’re telling you TO vote. Because it may not seem like it to people, but depending on who wins, there can be a HUGE change, or not so much. I mean obviously one vote does count, but one persons vote isn’t really going to matter if there’s a huge, huge, difference in numbers.

But I think it’s funny, that from what I know of, all of these people support Obama. Hahahahaha, there’s NOTHING out there supporting McCain or Palin, for positive reasons. Other than the racial, anti-Obama comments. What’s the positives about him?

But I don’t think people should get mad that celebrities put themselves into it, obviously they’re asked to do it, and they are people to. They have to go by the law also.

I’m sorry but Republicans play dirty, there’s so much hatred against Obama because he’s black, let alone that one fact. But people think he’s a terrorist and all this. If he REALLY, REALLY legitimatly was, don’t you think they would have looked into that a bit more? Considering the amount of security they have at airports and elsewhere? Don’t you think they would have looked into that, and maybe sat down and really talked about it. Like, “Hey, this guy is claimed to be a terrorist, maybe we should find out?” I don’t know, all I’m saying is, don’t be so close-minded. I’m not saying John McCain is a bad person, but I don’t think it can lead us anywhere positively. He’s changed his words so many times over the last few years, and then tries to turn it around as Obama is the bad person. Don’t say you’ve agreed with 90% of what Bush has done, then say “well Obama did too” Not so much as to 90%.

all these videos are starting to really annoy me but this one actaully made me laugh out loud. i already voted like 2 weeks ago, but these still seem to send a right message to the right people who understand that they shouldn’t be voting just because a celebrity told them to.

I wish they would STFU already!
