I was about to say the same thing. It bothers me so much that she carries that poor dog around like that everywhere she goes just because she thinks it’s a cute accessory to her outfits. Dogs are not accessories! UGH. A lot of celebs do this, but not to the extent she does it to. At least most of those celebs look like they actually care about their dogs and love them…but not her. ughhh.
