Beyonce can't cook. Well, how can we expect her to have a minute to practice when she is busy taking over the world? Talk about domination! Two singles out at the same time, an album to promote and a tour on its way. Who cares if the girl doesn't know how to fry an egg!

I do think it's cute that when she makes the attempt, she stays on the phone with her mother. As I age, I understand the importance of that relationship more and more.

Dang! I wish I couldn't cook. Then maybe my curves would be celebrated like hers instead of just frumpy and lumpy! LOL
I hate it when celebs say they can't cook. In other words, "I've been so spoiled for so many years by people who do EVERYTHING for me that I've never learned how to take care of myself." It makes them sound even more elitist and annoying. Beyonce probably hasn't even been to a grocery store in years.
just because you can't cook does not mean you are spoiled. i can't cook and don't plan on learning how and that's by chose. people come onto this site and spot a celebrity they don't like and automatically jump into criticize mode. simply regetting what ever it is they are being quoted as saying and then just make up non sense to support it.
lazy. anyone can cook if they really wanted to. Its not that difficult, but its just easier to go out to a restaurant or order in. There are plenty of recipes and all you need to do is follow the directions.
not being able to cook has nothing to do with being lazy or being spoiled. i can't cook and i haven't been sheltered my whole life. some ppl, including me, just lead very business lives and don't have to time to sweat over a hot ass stove to prepare meals. cooking isn't hard but it is definatley something you have to take time with and master.
Please, and what does being sheltered have to do with cooking abilities? Sure not evcerybody is a culinary genius, but *EVERYONE* can cok if they just follow directions. I lead a busy life too. Congratulations, you are not alone.
Like I said, it is just e-a-s-i-e-r to do take out or go to a restaurant. If you do not want to put forth the effort to creat a meal= Lazy.
And Yes, when I do not feel like cooking (having a lazy day) i will suggest ordering out. All boils down to laziness, not ability.

when i said being sheltered had nothing to do with not cooking, i was responding to the person above. you know what? when YOU go to medical school from 8 to 1; work from 3 to 9; and volunteer 10 hours a week at a hospital and still have energy to slave over a stove, then you deserve to be praised like a goddess. just because something comes easy to you does not mean it will come so easily to everybody else. cooking, TO ME, is frustrating as hell; therefore, i guess i just don't have that ability.
good God is this thread about you? Last time I saw, it was Beyonce's picture. She has all the time in the world. The girl does not have to work another day in her life, yet she chooses to use a thinly veiled excuse for her laziness by saying she can't cook. THAT is lazy. She could even hire someone to give her personal cooking lessons if she wanted to be even lazier than actually picking up a recipe book and thinking of what to cook on her own.
Don't complain to me about the hours you keep and the work you do. It was your choice. Just like you choose not to cook :)
My day is busy too but I still find the time to put something together for my family, saving money and knowing the freshness and nutrional value of the food they eat.
My mother also worked around the clock when I was younger yet when she was home, she still cooked and even passed on some great recipes that I continue to make. One is all based on scent and nothing is written as it was also made by my grandmother, who also worked.
Beyonce is still lazy. Thats all I am saying on this. Get the last word if you want but I will not respond any further to your tyranical rants.
i agree.....you are an idiot and you sound like one too. this post isn't about her or you. nobody cares about how many hours she work and nobody cares about how many hours you work. YOU made a broad generalization about people saying that people who refuse to learn how to cook is lazy. you didn't just make it about beyonce, you made it about every one. and if you was only talking about beyonce then you should have said that. how can you not see how that would offend someone? that person made a good point about parents who work all day and don't feel like cooking when they get home. it all depends on the job and how much work they actually do and if they are doing it alone. if someone is working two jobs, it sounds like they are struggling to make ends meat. god, i can't get over how ignorant some people are.
sounds to me that if someone was struggling to make ends meet, then they could save money by making their own meals.

She isn't lazy she just has a passion/job that is very, very time consuming. If you knew how much celebrities, like Bey, put in to work, you would have your mouth glued. She just can't cook, doesn't mean you are lazy, there are ways to do food, hundreds of different ways, yet she can't find the right way and it ends up that her food tastes bad. How is that lazy if she attempts to cook? It isn't lazy. You aren't amazing at everything. God gave her beauty, a great voice, good acting skills, and the nicest personality a celebrity has. God didn't say oh lets give her the ability to cook. She isn't lazy just because she sucks at something, if someone sucked at a sport or a job would you say they were lazy? Some things people have but obviously she wasn't given this gift so you have the nerve to sit here and tell her that she is lazy because she isn't good at something? Someone who attempts to play a sport or sing but can't succeed is considered lazy? she is an idiot....i honestly feel like if you can read a recipe & follow instructions then you can cook. yes, some people are much better at it, but if she was to practice i am sure she would be fine...i call laziness too on this one.

I do not know about gorgeous part. She would scare herself if she goes without that weave. She is average looking and even less than average when it comes to singing and acting.

My mom worked three jobs and managed to cook. She just did all of her cooking on Saturday and Sunday nights, so my brothers and I could have something to eat during the week.
beyonce looks like the type that she can take care of herself and she knows her shit if she hasn't learned how to cook wow big deal there are people who are not famous and are just regular folks who cant cook so w.e is not because shes trying to show off she just never learned how it never got her attention am sure whats she gets older and slows down shell learned but right now she is taking over the world
