Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen looked fabulous as they signed copies of their new book, “Influence” at the Borders Bookstore in Los Angeles yesterday. I’m loving both of their outfits and considering they came out with a fashion book, I think their footwear is extremely appropriate.

Why do twins scare the bejeebles out of me?

MK looks about 5 years older that Ashley, plastic surgery will do that to you, Her new nose, jawline and lips age her though I am sure she thinks she looks refined and elegant. I way prefer Ashleys sweeter and younger looking face. However I completely agree thaat both girls are horrendous and evil for wearing fur, both deserve to be skinned alive and thrown in a bin to die a slow excruciating death. Rot in hell trollsens.

if you watch some pics of them during the years, their shoes ALWAYS look like they are the wrong size, i don’t know why.
Is it just me, or ashley is actually looking thinner than mk? or maybe her skin looks healthier… i don’t know. they both have wonderful outfits, though.
i’m glad i wasn’t the only one that noticed the shoes…
you know, that shouldn’t even be an issue for them! I mean, for me if I find a pair of shoes that are 1/2 size too big and they are the last pair and i love them, I’ll get them and rock them…but you’d think they would have the shoe hook up and not have to worry about too big shoes. HMMMMM….

I would NEVER buy a single copy of their book, ever since I read about their book-signing rules at at bookstore in New York.
Number 1 rule:
1) Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen will be with us for a limited time. They will only be signing copies of their book, Influence. They will not be speaking, reading or taking questions.
And that just totally turned me off to these two freaks.
Why even bother having a book-signing, if you don’t want to even say HI to your fans!

mk used to be my favorite twin, but from the thumbnails, she looks older than ashley. i like the way ashley dresses and she seems more responsible of the two.
My sister (19) adores Ashley and Mary Kate Oleson. She bought the book and LOVES it. It is really gorgeous and very centered around art. Very beautiful pictures of them. These girls are so involved in the fashion industry even if you don’t see them the same way you see other stars everyday. I would say even more so!
I just love how they are holding eachother’s portrait. How unselfish.
Actually, they’re both holding their own portraits. Ashley said in an interview that whichever name on the cover comes first, is whose picture it is on the cover. So you can see then that they’re holding their own here.
I love these twins. Anyone noticed how healthy MK is looking. Props to her.

I agree that MK is looking really healthy. Good for her. I do wish, however, that she didn’t always make that strange face in photos.

They are so adorable when they actually try. It’s nice to see them in normal clothes and make-up. A much better look for them.
Every year two million animals are skinned alive for their fur. These animals are alive and conscious, and are left to die of shock in excruciating pain. The governments who allow this say that it’s easier to skin a live, warm animal, and that consequently the fur is of better quality.
These girls wear real fur.
Of course skinning animals alive is a horrible thought… but how many people wear leather shoes, jackets, etc; and how many people eat meat?
I don’t understand why those who wear fur are so hated, when animals are treated just as bad for many other reasons.

Actually, it was Mary-Kate on Samantha Who, the same Olsen who was on Weeds for a while. Ashley has not been on T.V. or in movies for several years. Also, Mary-Kate is the one who is slightly taller than Ashley. They’re both between 5’0″ and 5’1″.
