Guess which childhood star who is currently pregnant needs to be a bit more careful about what she injests? During a recent premiere, sources claim the actress was "totally high on something" and looked like a "junky".
It gets worse. An INO reader claims the actress "could hardly keep her eyes open" when greeting the crowd. How very sad indeed!

I think she had her baby and she is no longer on drugs. There was some article's about that a while back.

I don't think it is Alyson Hannigan because I don't consider her a childhood star.
alyson was not a childhood star, and i bet it is jodie sweeten, she ia ahowing up to everything now a days and i think she may be preggers again...
Yes, she was-- she was in "My Stepmother is an Alien" (and had a date w/ Seth Green in it, too, funnily enough!) when she was like, 13 or something.
i can't think of any famous as a child actress who is currently pregnant. Alyson Hannigan possibly fits into that, but she just doesn't seem the type - I have never heard of her having an issue with drugs anyway. To be fair the woman concerned could be having a difficult pregnancy and its not drugs at all. I remember feeling extremely tired with both my children, and if she has been having problems with sickness and/or iron deficiency, she might look ill and junkie-like.
Amy Jo Johnson is pregnant, but she might have had her baby already. Plus, the clue says says "recently at a premiere" and I don't remember seeing any pictures of her at any sort of event...just a guess.
Katie Holmes or Christina Aguilera.

Melissa Joan Hart (who is basically a former child star...sabrina the teenage witch and clarissa explains it all) is pregnant? and i think the girl that played punky brewster is pregnant again..but i could be wrong.
