I’m sorry… how is that possible? With no prenup you’d think he’d go after half of all earned income since the start of their marriage.
The Sun is reporting that Guy Richie will walk away with no claim to any of Madonna’s earnings over the last few years.Not because by law he isn’t allow to request it, but because it wasn’t a priority to him. Instead Guy’s main concern was to equally split the children’s time between the pair. A source tells the newspaper:
“The priority for Guy has always been the children – he has not wanted her money.
The agreement is expected to be announced at the end of the month. Let’s see if this is the case.

I’m glad he’s not taking any money. Not sure what Madonna would do if it was the other way around. For some reason I can imagine her being a total bitch just to annoy him.
Let’s hope for their kids that this is true. Guy has his own money, granted, not as much as Madge, but he’ll do fine.
If that is true, than I’ll respect guy for being a real man forever.

i really hope the judge doesn’t allow her to prove the boys out of london. that is their home; the only home they have known. most guys think that when they get a divorce from the mother they also get a divorce from the kids. but, that is not the case with this guy. he wants to have as much to do with their life as she does; he doesn’t want to only see them on the weekends or every other weekend in the month. why would the courts deny him that?
I think Guy should get full custody, Madonna is a few too many types of crazy to be taking those kids by herself.

maybe they did try to make it work. you really can’t force something if it doesn’t fit. i mean, it is hard and even harder when one party has been unfaithful. if madonna wanted her marriage to work, she would never have taken up with a-rod a.k.a a male ho. when you cheat, to me, you are making the decision to end it because if you wanted to work it out you would. anyway, i actually think this marriage was over long before anybody knew.
