CAN THIS BE? Why would they miss out on all of the publicity a wedding would bring? Think about how many covers Heidi Montag just passed up. Bridal shower, wedding dress shopping, registering, the big day, the honeymoon - I mean come on! That is SO not Heidi and Spencer Pratt!!
People Magazine is reporting that the couple quietly eloped in Mexico last Thursday, Nov. 20.

they would do it.” But Spencer’s little sister wants the couple to come
back and celebrate here in the States. “I hope they come home, though.

They'll probably ride this wave of publicity - made so much bigger because of the shock value - and then plan a bigger reception with all the trappings, at which point they can cash in on those covers. They are evil geniuses, and we all fall into their trap!
