You can’t legally/spontaneously elope in Mexico if you are a non-resident…because you would need to bring a marriage licence with you.
Someone should check with their county clerk’s office. My bet is they filed for the licence months ago.

I don’t follow these two, just the glimpses from this site. They are so fake and he is so not into women. I thought it was weird how his hands are cupped around her belly like that. That looks like one of those pregnancy poses you see.
I still don’t understand how people on reality shows are classified as “celebrities” but these two, no matter how fake, have managed to make a very good living off of being about drama and doing nothing short of selling themselves to the papparazzi for their 15 minutes. The fact that US weekly paid them for these photos is what is most disturbing. They aren’t news.
I wonder if Spencer bought the ring this time.. or if he had to mooch off of someone (Brody) like he did when he bought her engagement ring…

I’m pretty sure this was done strictly for press and not love. Heck they probably really can’t stand one another. That makes it even funnier.
I am actually really suprised that they didnt have an enormous wedding with all the frills, thousands of people (pretty muxh an open invite) and a big meringue dress dress for Heidi and a 14 tier cake. Seriously, this is very low key of them. I think its all a bit weird, maybe like someone else said we are being punked??

You’ve got to admit that these two have played the media well.
I tend to agree that they’re not into each other, and if she’s pregnant it’s probably not his. This wild elopement was to make them appear less publicity hungry and more real. Conveniently, her father has demanded a second “proper” wedding, so trust, there will be all the regular wedding photo ops to come.
I think it’s great news, good for them.
My hubby and I eloped and we are still very happily married 12 years later.

Perez Hilton has a video up on these two. This was a publicity stunt, they didn’t get married. US Weekly paid them to boost Thanksgiving sales. They make me sick.

i was thinking she was pregnant before…good for them, they were able to buy another 15 min…if they were smart (hee) they would have spread out the 15 min & get her knocked up in about a year.
WEll, they have been more or less out of the media lately. I guess they figured this would be a good way to get some more publicity. And I agree with gia … a baby will be next in the works.

So we’re supposed to believe that she just happened to bring an all white dress and white shoes? And that they just happened to take pictures that look like they’re specifically designed for a magazine? Those just don’t like like wedding photos, they look like photos taken to go alongside a story. They definitely didn’t decide this on the spur of the moment.
I totally agree with you about spur of the moment elopent….and bringing white dress and all. but weirdly enough the pic in the first post has her wearing the exact same shoes…. weird. I wonder if that post pic is of her going to mexico or arriving from mexico. either way, those shoes dont seem very special too me now. PS i feel like such a loser to notice that.
