Alex Rodriguez Spending Thanksgiving With Madonna
Madonna snaps her fingers and the whole world goes running...including Alex Rodriguez. His wife, Cynthia Rodriguez sent an email to a friend which "leaked," telling where he would prefer to spend Thanksgiving this year.
"My 6-foot-3, 220-pound
soul-less, soon-to-be ex-husband is abandoning his kids on Thanksgiving
to be with Madonna ... She called and he ran on her command back to New
York City ... Gross!"
Making the whole situation even more sticky, as soon as he left for New York, his lawyers called Cynthia asking her to sign papers for their divorce settlement.
UGH. I can't even imagine having this family drama playing out in public. While I'm not saying it's right, if Cynthia was the one who leaked the email, I can understand why she was mad enough to do so...

vera, he is not the first person to pick another adult over his kids. i hope the kids realize they have done nothing wrong and that he is being immature.
Madonna is just a name, full of publicity stunts. And A-Rod is a fame ho'. Plain and simple. They are both sorry people. So glad Guy took the high road, he was always to good for her.

While I certainly don't approve of A-Rod not spending Thanksgiving with his kids to be with Madonna, I still think it stinks that the email was "leaked". I certianly understand Cynthia's frustration but taking the high road in these situations is always better for the kids. But that's just IMO.
It's not typical for divorced people to spend holidays together. She's an ass...they're all a-holes.
A-Rod is so freaking hot! He can do whatever he wants. His wife is going to just have to deal with it! That's what she gets for marrying someone so fvcking deliciously hot!
I don't see what's the big deal. Obviously he will not be w/ the kids and the soon to be ex wife in the same room for the dinner. He got tired of his wife, she probably was pushy all the time, she looks like the type. He's young and wants to hang out w/ Madonna, nothing's wrong w/ that and nobody really knows how is everything behind closed doors.

If his kids grow up resenting him then it will all be his fault. He will have nobody to blame but himself. A lot of women are in this situation, they shouldn't try to force some MAN to be their for his own damn kids. She should take the high road and just be the best mother she can and not stress over some man. Work on finding them a descent step-dad to be there for them. If he gave a damn about them, then he would want to be with them. He does not have to spend the holidays with his ex to be with his kids. They could spend the morning with her and the afternoon with him. Also, I don't see how it could be so hard for him to be around her when there were pic of them with the kids on another website, he looked fine to me. Sandie, apparently you do know what goes on behind close doors to know he got tired of his wife and she was pushy. O I forget, she seems like the type....didn't know you could look at a person and know all of that. *triple eyeroll* A-rod was cheating on her throughout the entire marriage and his mistress even came out to give all the glory details. It was a good thing she did finally file for divorce. Alot can really be said about you if you don't see anything wrong with a man blowing of his kids to be with some woman during the holidays.
Those two are really ticking me off. They deserve each other. I never realized how selfish Madonna really is.
usmagazine.com says this isn't true. They say a friend of Cynthia's spoke with her today and Alex will be at Cynthia's family's house for Thanksgiving with her and their daughters.

Madonna is disgusting and I feel bad for his kids but this idiot makes over 250 million dollars and has yet to deliver the 27th World Series Championship......he needs to get on that next season and Madonna better not get in the way.

If you divorce a lady and you are technically not in good terms you can't spend the holiday with her and the kids. It just doesn't work.
