In addition to maintaining his status as a major movie star, ending world poverty, rebuiding New Orleans, being one half of the most famous couple on the planet, and being a father, Brad Pitt has another goal: to bring moustaches back into style.
‘That’s my goal,’ the actor, 44, told Extra. at the Monday screening of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button in New Orleans. ‘I don’t think ‘staches are respected enough.’ "
Brad grew his moustache for his role in the upcoming Tarantino movie, Inglourious Basterds (and yes, I use spell-check, but the title of the movie is spelled that way).
But forget the movie role- Brad feels strongly about his moustache in its own right.
It’s political. It’s a political statement."
Perhaps it’s just resistance to change- and Brad looks good no matter what- but I think he looks even better without it.Whether I look at it up close, from a distance, or from the side, my opinion hasn’t changed.

Yes he is one of those who look better with out it. But Brad is brad no matter what. A gorgeous man with a beautiful soul. Angie… You can’t help but admire her beautiful face and strong nature. i think that Jolie looks pretty good, but she begins to look waxy. Her skin looks like it has no lines at all, and I do know in the past she had a few lines here and there and a very pronounced vein on forehead. I do like smoothness of her skin, but it is a borderline with a wax figure at this point. Any idea what she uses? Is it a botox or some other newly approved filler?
political statement for his beard? levee tattoes for New Orleans.? I think these narcissists need to live real lives, instead of pretending to me illuminators for the masses. What does he know? These people are like an empty pretty box without any content inside. Just like the one you see by public XMas trees on streets. And their charity, well great for PR. It is easy to do charity when you have tons of money and love to feel like a hero. Tons of money for not such a great talent and not a hard work…

He was obviously joking about the moustache. I can’t believe people are taking it seriously. Get a sense a humor, people. Also Brad doesn’t have a tattoo of the levee system. The tabloids made it up. Angelina said it was just markings she drew.

These two just won’t shut up. He is doing yet another interview this week to talk about them; blah, blah, blah. He needs to just face it, hooking up with her was a mistake (the one exception of that, his kids) – she is just bringing him down.

Jolie looks like a wax figure. Too much plastic surgery does that to a person.

Orlando Bloom is sporting a similar ‘stache, and it doesn’t work for him either. It makes them look old and pervy. At least when Bloom gets rid of his, he’ll look hot again. But there’s no hope for Pitt. His wax dummy girlfriend has managed to suck all the hotness right out of him. Altho I wonder what she’s done with it, because she’s looking quite corpse-like and pastey herself.
