That's according to Kelly Ripa's rep in response to the National Enquirer's print edition cover story, which claims that the couple have split. I hadn't even heard this rumor, but I'm glad to hear it's not true! Kelly and Mark Consuelos have been married for 12 years and have three children together.
'There is no truth to the story. Their marriage continues to be quite healthy, and the National Enquirer
should be ashamed for fabricating such an untruthful story,' Ripa's
spokesman, Stan Rosenfield, told PEOPLE Wednesday, after the paper
reported the couple have split.'Their story is 100 percent false.' "
Kelly and Mark appear to have one of the most stable marriages, and most down-to-earth families, in Hollywood, so this denial is good to hear.
Here's the couple looking very happy together just last week as they celebrate the opening of the Cartier window with Santa.
Please don't let this be one of those stories that miraculously comes true later, like after the holidays!

Are you kidding me? They look happy? They look like two people who can't stand the sight of each other. It's easy to put on a happy face.
Please I hope it's not true! I love these two together. They seem like the perfect couple. When they are on the air together they have great chemisrty.
I hope this is not true, but they remind me a lot of Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Philipe. Everyone thought they were the perfect couple, and then rumors started circulating and next thing you know they are divorced. All I know that where there is smoke there is fire.

I hope it's not ture. I like everyone happy and drama free. I HATE drama. It would suck to break up the family around the holidays.
I hope it's not true either. They're one of the very few celebrity couples I like. But there's been rumors of them having problems for a while now. And I'm afraid where there's smoke, there's fire. Especially when the NE publishes a story like that. They're actually seldom wrong because they're known for paying BIG bucks for their information. Time will tell, I guess.

The last time it popped up they was on vacation in the Carribean with Kelly's parents. I am not buying. In fact not only do they look happy but Mark was watching the show on Monday when Kelly was talking about Christmas trees and he went out and bought one. If they wasn't together he wouldn't be watching the show.

The NE has sadly been right about other things before, anyone remember John Edwards? Add to that mix Stan Rosenfield, who is one of those PR people who will go all the way to lie for his clients - e.g. he unsuccessfully tried to whitewash the past of Clooney's escort, oops, ex-girlfriend - and I'm sold.
i agree. they somehow know the stories before it leaks out. so something tells me there must be some truth to this, which is sad.

There is always a some truth to the stories or it wouldn't be in the gossip magazines or there wouldn't be a story one it! I believe this is true. I heard that Mark cheated on Kelly years ago and they've been in couples therapy ever since. We'll hear some kind of annoucement in a few months.

why is her body directed away from him in every picture if there are no problems? why aren't they holding hands? as much as i hate to see any family break up, it looks like the story could have some truth to it.

I hope this is not true. The stories of other celebs had some thread of truth like Reese being a harping, nagging, control freak type A so Ryan left. Nothing like this here. Give them a break - they seem to have a good marriage.

There have been rumors about Kelli and Mark since Kelli got the job with Regis!! It's logical since the woman is the one making the money. It's a total lie and I'm not "hoping" I KNOW it's a lie!!! The NE might pay well for stories but people who want the money don't think twice about making up something for them to print.
And "where there's smoke" there is probably someone blowing up your ass!!
I really like thest two!! I hope its not true, but NE sometimes is right..so will have to wait and see. NE has been right about a few things that seemed unbelievable when they came out with it. They are a great couple, but not everything is what it seems on the outside :(
