Keanu Reeves Denies Role In Speed BUT Hopes For Bill And Ted Reunion

Yesterday, it was reported that Keanu Reeves was in talks to reprise his role as Jack Traven in Speed. (swoon) Today, the actor admits he hasn't heard a word about any new projects and refuses to take part in one should the movie get the green light.
"I honestly don’t know anything about it. I don’t know if they are
going to make another one, and if they are it won’t be with me…
honestly!"
COME ON! I am so upset about this one. I need me some Keanu! :)
However, movie studio bosses better listen up because Keanu has a great idea for a sequel ... Bill and Ted. If he could continue any franchise it would be that one.
"Well you know, never say never… Maybe we could do it with them both grown up - they haven’t saved the world and they’re just living their lives as middle-aged men. That sound’s quite funny."

if i remember correctly didn't keanu said one of his worst fears would be that when he dies his gravestone would say (something along the lines) ..... "here lies the guy who played ted." lol

well thank god. 'speed' was a horrible movie. a return of 'bill and ted' though... totally down for that.
I named my kids William and Theodore in honor of the characters. They're teenagers now. Please do another Bill & Ted movie.
