Shania Twain Lands In NYC With A Surprising Guest

First, country music star Shania Twain made a surprise appearance at the Country Music Awards last month, and now she has a surprising guest along with her on her trip to New York City: Frederic Thiébaud.
Frederic is a surprise because of who he is: the ex-husband of Shania's ex-best friend, Marie-Anne Thiébaud, who is now said to be dating Shania's soon-to-be ex-husband, Robert "Mutt" Lange. The relationship between Marie-Anne and Mutt is rumored to be the reason Shania and Mutt's split.
The two couples had socialized together for years. "
Frederic is one of a group of friends who travelled to NYC with Shania for the weekend "to hang and shop."

it could be they are just giving eachother support after what their respective spouse did to them. and if it was more than just friendship then more power to them, whatever it takes to heal the soul.
Wow. Sounds like someone was also having a little fling. I never thought that she was the innocent type. With her using her looks to make her career. I am not surprised by this at all.

The only thing Shania used to make her career is pure talent. Her looks are just a bonus and for our viewing pleasure. They could be friends or they could be more, nobody really knows. And if they are dating, it doesn't mean they were fooling around while married. But, let the speculation begin. They could have turned to each for support and then it developed into something more. It happened to my brother. He found out his girlfriend was cheating on him with some married guy she worked with. A couple of months after the guy's divorce, he started having lunch and dinner with the ex-wife. And six years later, they have been married for one year with a baby on the way. So, it definately can happen. But, anyway, that really looks like her husband or ex-husband.
Once a whore, always a whore. She has been linked to many, many men before. From her stealing her friends men in high school to now shacking up with this guy. It is obvious that she had a thing going on with him while she was with Mutt. She has always used her "talent" ie her boobs and stomach to make herself a career.
Ewww! How creepy to be dating the guy that was once married to the woman that broke up your marriage! I felt sorry for her before, but now I think she is a creep as well!

I'm confused. Why are people saying they are in a relationship when they have been friends for years and are traveling with a group of other friends? Sounds like a story is being made out of nothing.
How is she the creep? How is it creepy to be dating the guy that was once married to her ex best friend. It can't be any more disgusting than having her best friend sleep with her husband. If they are dating, it is their business because neither one is married. That is what separates them from their low life ex-spouses. If they have found happiness with each other then much more power to them. But, they have been friends for years and they are travelling with a group of other friends. Btw, shania doesn't have talent? really? yeah, okay.

I find this so odd! Why would you want to be with the person that was married to the person who was shagging your husband?? It sounds so desperate. And who cares that they usually travel together, the dynamic totally changed now that his wife is doing the nasty with Shania's husband! It is not simply friends traveling together anymore! I guess these two have a connection though! They were both unwanted sexually by their spouses, so they think maybe perhaps the other jilted one wants them?! Strange. Poor Shania. So pretty, but so scr*wed by her husband.

The ex-wife was the backstabbing bitch, not her husband! there is no reason that Shania need to blame the man for the fact that his wife turned out to be a conniving slut. He could be a very nice man in his own stead and there is no reason the expect them to be shagging just because they are still friends and are with a whole group of her friends. It doesn't mean she's shagging every man she knows or will meet, just that she still has friends who she can trust farther than her ex-husband and her friend!!
Get a life, people!! I am still friends with the exes of several friends who got divorced and went their separate ways. I'm not doing any of them, but I also wouldn't trade them for the world! they went trough hell because of what my ex-friends did to them, but they are still wonderful people who I consider some of my best friends and vice versa!!
What ever happened to having friends who are just that..FRIENDS? We have become a cult who thinks that we have to involve sex into every aspect of our lives from sales to friends! That's just SICK!!!!!!!!!
thank you. i couldn't have said it better myself. seriously, i can't believe some of the comments on here. she is suppose to cut ties with every single person that knew the woman who was screwing her husband. get real. they were friends for years and quite naturally they would turn to each other for comfront. and what if it did develop into something more? who are we to judge how they live their life? it is nobody's business. i am still finding it hard to see the creepy and disgusting factor here. for some reason it always amazes me at how judgemental some people can be.

Obviously Mutt was a dog for cheating, but I guess that is what you get for marrying a man just for his money who will buy you a music career. So what if she is already seeing men? Her ex-husband started dating her best friend before they were even divorced. No love lost is how I see it. Hopefully, she will start to date someone that doesn't look old enough to be her father. And to anonymous 12:32, I would love to know what she did to deserve being betrayed by her husband and best friend. I wouldn't wish that kind of pain on anyone, not even to someone like you. Someone who is just spitting hateful crap for no other reason than because you can. There are millions of pictures out there of her and mutt and their son out and about as a family. I am pretty sure they were happy together once upon a time. People fall in and out of love and get divorced everday, that doesn't mean they NEVER loved each other.
