Beverly Hills Police released Shaha Mishaal Adham, a suspect in the shooting death of Scott Ruffalo (brother to actor Mark Ruffalo), who was being held without bail.  Evidence indicates that Scott's gunshot wound was self-inflicted during a game of Russian Roulette. 

'This was an accidental shooting by someone that plays with guns,'
[Attorney Ronald] Richards said. He credited police with being 'more than impartial with
the facts.' "

Richards presented his meeting to the Beverly Hills police in a five-hour meeting on Tuesday night. He said that Shaha, a friend of Scott's, had gone to the condo to get the keys to her car, witnessed the shooting, and fled.

'A series of wrong decisions starting with her not staying at the scene
of the shooting caused an incredible chain reaction of stupidity and
bad luck,' Richards said. He said she received poor legal advice from
other attorneys before her surrender."

Brian B. Scofield, a "person of interest," was also released from police custody after turning himself in for questioning.

Police said they will release more details on Wednesday.
