Michael Bolton Feels The Housing Crunch
Not only did singer Michael Bolton lose a fiancee when he and Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan split, he also reportedly lost his home! In May of this year, while the couple were still together, they bought a home in LA's exclusive Hidden Hills area for a reported $4.4 million. Michael, who was based on the East Coast, moved west to be with Nicollette.
Michael must have thought things were going well in the relationship because he put his Westport, Conneticut home on the market in August. Unfortunately, he was wrong: two days later, Nicollette reportedly "kicked him out." Where did this leave Michael?

My head is spinning, so I'll just list my questions.
1) What is the name of the real-estate agent who managed to sell a house in two days? In a dead housing market?
2) If the house wasn't sold (since Michael is "stuck with two houses"), then why doesn't he just go back east?
3) Surely, if you purchase a multimillion-dollar home, then you would put your name on the house as a co-owner?
Oy vey. The perils of premarital cohabitation! Hopefully Michael will work all of this out soon.

im sorry, but this story might be the dumbest i've ever read. there are people out there who can't even afford to feed their children and rent a 1 bedroom apartment, and we're supposed to feel bad for a multimillionaire who was kicked out by his ex-fiancee?? cry me a river. these hollywood schmucks need a reality check!

I can't look at this guy without thinking of Office Space. The whole story doesn't make sense to me anyway. HE'S RICH. He probably owns several investment properties and even if he doesn't he can just buy a house easily. It's not like he wouldn't get approved.

Even if you are rich I gotta think you would be concerned with "losing" out on a 4 million dollar property. You dont get rich by being stupid with your money and why go live in a hotel throwing money away?

As I always tell my friends when they are thinking about getting back with one of their exs.... you two broke up for a reason... never a good idea to get back with someone after you broke up I think...but none of us know everything nor should we about what went on with them in their relationship
If he paid for half that house then he has a right to get his half the money back. She needs to get off her high horse cause she ain't all that. Michael can do so much better.
