Nicole Richie Isn't A Diamond Kind Of Girl
It must be so hard to buy something for a woman who already has everything she wants. There isn't a thing Nicole Richie couldn't purchase for herself if she really wanted to. Poor Joel Madden was left walking around in circles while deciding what he was going to place under their Christmas tree.
"I have no clue right now what I’m getting her, but I think it’s going to have to be creative. She appreciates more of the creative rather than something like a diamond. She’s not really into diamonds."

The couple’s 11-month old daughter, Harlow, didn't get any fancy presents either.
"Nicole is very organic, so (Harlow will) probably a lot of organic toys like wooden blocks."
A baby's first Christmas is so special even though they really don't know what's going on. It seems to get better with each passing year though. Natalie had a BLAST and Liam was into it because he saw his sister was excited. Lots of fun this time around.
I'm in no rush for the teen Christmas though. I know how I was - everything my mother bought me was 'WRONG'. LOL! Parents of older children, any horror stories you care to share?

I'm not much of a diamonds girl just because I don't have events that I could wear them to. Hence, that takes the fun out of it.

My kids always had a Christmas list that I went off of, with pretty detailed descriptions. However extended family didn't get the memo. One year the girls got these big, huge hair bows from my aunt. They were big and ugly. When they opened them they all 3 had looks of disgust on their faces. Talk about your Kodak moment.

As a woman forced to wear a frilly pink blouse her mother bought her for Christmas I can safely say parents do get it wrong. Majorly wrong.

PLEASE JUST STOP PRETENDING THAT YOUR THE SAME AS THE REST OF US NICOLE, AS MOST OF US WERE NOT RAISED IN A RICH FAMILY. DURING THESE HARD ECONOMIC TIMES WHENSOME PEOPLE ARE NOT GETTING ANYTHING FOR THEIR CHILDREN AS THEY JUST DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY IT SICKENS ME TO READ ABOUT THESE TRASH CELEBRITIES WHO CRY AOBUT THEIR LIVES.
