Madonna Claims Highest Grossing Tour For 2008

Cha-ching! Madonna made more money in 2008 than any other touring musician according to a recent poll. Her North American shows brought in $105.3 million pushing Celine Dion to the number two spot with $94 million.
Who came in third? The Eagles!!! The group made more than $73 million for their series of dates. The top five highest-grossing tours of the U.S. in 2008 was rounded out by country singer Kenny Chesney with $72 million and Bon Jovi with $70 million.
Can you imagine that is money earned for one year? I mean, how much money do the Eagles have at this point? They've been touring since I was a child!

Madonna is the highest grossing tour of 2008? Hell will freeze before I ever pay that much money to see somebody lip-sync through a 'live' show. I mean, did anybody see the video of when she fell on stage? First, it didn't even look like a concert, more like a dress rehearsal. Second, when she fell on stage, somehow she was still singing and the mic wasn't even to her face. Please, some people have money to waste but I am not one of those people.

You missed the best part - she insists on no air conditioning at all performances. The audience swelters and the corpse doesn't even sing one song live. Actually she sings along with the recorded audio. I thought cadavers did better in cold environments.
this is a lie, because it was already reported that she made 91.5 million, which places Celine at #1. this site must be run by some delusion madonna stan who thinks she is God.
Wrong, Madonna indeed had the highest grossing tour of 2008, it was reported by Billboard (not some obssesed fan, like you). Not to mention her overall tour has grossed almost 300 million dollars in just 4 months, making her the highest grossin female touring act ever. Face the facts or die with envy bitch. btw. Celine sucks big time!
