WHAT HAPPENED? I mean, isn't she pregnant with his second child? Oh my goodness, something bad must have went down. Gossip Girl's Kelly Rutherford and her MEGA RICH German entrepreneur husband of two years, Daniel Giersch have split citing "irreconcilable differences" in court papers.
The actress is currently 3 months pregnant with Daniel's second child. The couple shares a two year old son.
This is also Kelly's second marriage.
No further information is available at the moment and odds are it will stay that way. Irreconcilable differences typically never gets explained.

That's funny. For we "normal" people, a judge won't even LOOK at divorce papers for a pregnant woman. Period. Even if the kids is not hubby's. Trust.
