Kevin Costner Released From Hospital

Yesterday afternoon, TMZ reported that Kevin Costner called 911 while driving alone in his car because he began to feel sick and light-headed. The actor was then rushed via ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where a variety of tests were administered during his overnight stay.
Luckily, nothing was found and Kevin was released. His publicist Arnold Robinson released the following statement.
“Mr. Costner
experienced some light-headedness while he was driving, was checked out
at the hospital and released after tests found that everything was
normal.”
Kevin and his wife Christine Baumgartner are currently expecting their second child together. Here he is with his first daughter, Lily outside the Ed Sullivan Theatre.

seriously, only a celeb would call 911 for feeling faint! the thought would never even occur to me. I would probably call my mom, my husband, a friend, or whatever, and then have them pick me up or take a cab home if i didn't feel like i could drive. i've said this before, but i truly believed celebs put a drain on the health care industry with all their needless trips to the emergency room.
If you are having a stroke or a heart attack, the quicker you get to the hospital the better. You can never be too cautious. Love him and glad to see nothing was wrong.

calling 911 because you're feeling lightheaded? pathetic. grow some balls and be a man and stop being a wuss.
Why to the "celebrities" use the hospital instead of an everyday doctor's clinic or office for nothing? What a waste!
Mr. Costner's career, however, remains in a coma.
I read on another site it was a lot worse than is reported here, that his vision was affected and that he was vomiting also. It would be in his agent's interests to play it down in case it affected his chances of acting jobs and getting insurance. It is better safe than sorry, he was right to get himself checked out at a hospital, as it could have been something very serious.
