I suddenly feel very nervous for Patrick Swayze and his loved ones. Cancer is a tricky disease. One minute you are fine, and the next you are as weak as can be. My family suffered through it with my grandfather and it is trying for all.
The actor has been hospitalized due to pneumonia but hopes to be back on his feet soon enough to start promoting his latest project, The Beast.A&E President Robert DeBitetto released the following statement.
"Patrick has asked that I tell you that he has checked himself into the
hospital this morning for observation after coming down with
pneumonia," said A&E president and general manager Robert
DeBitetto."As anyone who has had a friend or family member that has
undergone treatment for cancer, chemotherapy can take a toll on you
immune system. Patrick did want me to tell you that he is very sorry he
couldn’t be at panel this morning, but he plans to get back to
promoting The Beast as soon as he is back on his feet."

It amazes me the stories that I connect to. I feel so sad for Patrick and I dont know him from Adam. The news program had the headline t”hat Patrick has stage IV cancer and he doesnt expect to live more then 2 years ” this morning. I havent heard it from anyone else so I wonder if that is true or not.

I saw his interview with Barbara Walters and I’m really scared for him. I didn’t like what I saw. My mother went through the whole cancer crap and let me tell you that you never realize how much is out there and how bad it is until you live it. I really pray for him but he’s strong and confident and he will make it.
