Katy Perry was spotted leaving the Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles yesterday after a performance. Is it just me, or is this outfit awfully conservative compared to the kinds of wardrobe choices she usually makes? Normally I enjoy her fun style, but I’m not really feeling this dress.What about you?
