"Desperate Housewife", Marcia Cross enjoyed a sunny afternoon outside her home in Los Angeles playing with her daughter yesterday. I think it's nice to see Marcia spending some quality time with just one child at a time. I always make it a point to take my daughter out on special trips alone so I can focus more of my attention on her.
Do you do anything special with your children one on one? Or when you were younger, do you remember doing something with a parent that was just your own?

The kids are cute. It looks like the whole fam is there to me. One kid is in the wagon. Looks like both Tom and Marcia out with the kids. My sister and I liked to be together. We were like twins. So our parents never seperated us. We even had homes built in the same neighborhood. As for my kids. Hubby would take the kids on long bike rides one kid at a time and have a picnic lunch in a park. As for me, I usually had the all kids with me.
LOL.....I was an only child - so is my daughter. Everything is one on one!

my parents divorced when i was 3. My dad always picked us up and spent every single saturday with us, and sometimes we stayed the whole weekend. Growing up and getting stuck working weekends sometimes I wouldn't get to see him, but when I didn't work he and I would get together. Here it is 32 years later, I only work Mon-Fridday...i meet my dad every single saturday for Breakfast, errand running and hanging out. Unless one of us is out of town...it's a given we hang out. My dad is the best, and i would never give up my saturdays with him. I feel sad when i hear someone doesn't have a close relationship with their father. I am very very very lucky

It's great that she's spending time with just one of her girls. They're twins so they always have to share things but it must be a good break for them to not have to share their alone time with mommy. :) And I love how Marcia is one of the most normal celebrities out there. She does a great job at staying out of the press!
