Naomi Campbell has had such a problem with her temper that she can’t seem to keep anyone on board working for her for longer than a few months. Most recently, she was accused of emotionally abusing a maid.
In November 2006, she claimed that the British star had hit her, called
her names and threatened to charge her with theft when she couldn’t
find a pair of Stella McCartney jeans.Naomi denied the claims, and was never charged with any crime to do with the accusations.
Nonetheless, the maid was paid an undisclosed sum of money to settle. They agreed on the terms recently and both sides are "happy" with the deal.
If she denied the claims and was truly innocent, why did she end up having to pay? Is this just way the justice system works for those who have had run ins with the law in the past or is Naomi paying to try and keep her image clean?
