Well…I was really just going to point out the wrong usage of the word “to”…but WOW….the man was talented, he was an amazing actor…..whether he had an addiction or not, overdosed intentionally or accidentally….it’s still a horrific tragedy. The world of the arts is poorer for his loss.

  2. dyinggiraffe says:

that is an unfortunate grammar error.

  3. Katie says:

    Tooooooooooooooooooo

  4. Ladylala says:

It’s “Too” not “to”. LAUGHABLE english.

  5. Anonymous says:

The guy overdosed on drugs and caused his own death. He’s no martyr. I have no respect for actors who behave this way and then get more publicityand acknowledgement after they die. who careS!

  6. tbtrfli says:

You’re sick. I guess you have no one in your family that suffers from addiction. What kind of person are you? Gross. Anyway…

  7. Cate says:

Who cares? um.. probably his family and everyone who loved him.. especially his daughter who will grow up without a father now. Even if it was a drug overdose (which i don’t think was ever even conclusively stated.. so your just assuming this) it shouldn’t matter. People with addictions have diseases, it’s an unfortunate thing but it doesn’t make it any less of a tragedy. Where is your heart? Imagine if someone you loved died (drug over dose or not) and I said to you who cares? So incredibly heartless.

  8. Anonymousxx says:

I totally agree!! And I’m so sick of people thinking he should win awards? For what? Overdosing on drugs and leaving his kid? Yes, there’s a prize.

  9. meme says:

That would be TOO quickly and while it’s sad about Heath he had just about every drug in the world in his system when he died.

  10. Polly says:

I was gonna say the same thing! The way it’s written, it sounds like he went to a place named “quickly”.

  11. Jen.number2 says:

Haha I came to post the same thing lol.

  12. Jen.number2 says:

sorry don’t know why it did a double post.

  13. Stephanie B says:

I also came to post that correction. Word police, ho!

  14. Anonymous says:

it’s been a year already? it feels like this just happened :(

  15. Anonymous says:

I’m not the one who is sick, and no i don’t have anyone who has addiciton problems in our family. its a choice, like many things. and you’re gross

  16. Anonymous says:

It has been stated it was a drug overdose , drugs obtained through Mary Kate Olsen

  17. Sporky says:

Drug overdose or not, the guy was talented and deserves a little respect. Have some compassion. You might be needing some yourself one day.

  18. ito says:

have to agree…it was an accident after all & they were prescribed drugs. it’s always tragic when someone dies soo young. btw…congrats on your engagement!

  19. Anonymous says:

Although I can’t stand drug addicts…Heath’s death was an accident, he took too many pills and combined them, a big mistake. I also noticed the wrong “to” used…whomever wrote this, needs a lesson in proper English.

  20. Anonymous says:

Prescribed drugs, when faulsly directed by your doctor on how to take them , is not an addiction. Also, he should win awards for his amazing work in The Dark Knight, not because he died and left behind his daughter… that is what is so tragic about his death, he accomplished so much with that one role and he never got to see what a success it was…

  21. Sporky says:

    Hey thanks ito! :) ))

  22. Anonymous says:

‘fade to quickly’ should be ‘fade TOO quickly’.. hope this is not a grave stone.

  23. leigha says:

wow, the lack of compassion that some of you have for heath and/or his family astounds me. drug addiction is just one aspect of a person and does not have to be a defining characteristic–drugs or not, every human being deserves respect. my father died of a drug overdose 12 years ago and i think it is sad that some of you say you “can’t stand drug addicts” and lump them all together. drug addicts are people too–and they are someone’s loved ones. give a little respect and dignity to the dead.

  24. Ellie says:

Well, people who say such things are just too ignorant, closeminded, and incapable of thinking about anything from a different perspective. It’s best to just ignore them and let them live in their own sheltered little worlds while never getting anywhere in life.

  25. Anonymous says:

its not a matter of ignorance, and my life is not sheltered, nor am i not getting anywhere in life. I am an educated physician, and it doesn’t matter where a person comes from, or which career choice a person makes, but using drugs in any capacity is a personal choice and so are the consequences of those actions. He chose to put himself first, and chose to forget the consequences of how those actions would affect his child. Shame on him, and shame on you!
