Jennifer Love Hewitt And Ross McCall Split Because She Was Too Needy

Did they split because he wouldn’t sign the prenup? Did they split because Jennifer Love Hewitt was too needy for Ross McCall…or wait…are they really still together?

This is all so confusing.

An employee from the set of Ghost Whisperer is spilling the beans on Jennifer and Ross’ relationship.

The 29-year-old Ghost Whisperer star “was so needy and immature,” former Ghost Whisperer costume supervisor Claudia Wick designer told Us.

“She would call McCall up and go, ‘Can you come and sit with me? I’m
cold.’ She would drag him on the set and then pout and
they’d fight. Mainly, it was her needing something from him: ‘Can you
say you love me?’”

Another problem was the difference in careers.

“It was clear they were not on the same level,” said a Hewitt source. “It was hard for him.”

And in non-relationship news, the costume supervisor also said that Jennifer has body image problems.

“She would try on clothes over clothes. She would not have lights on or mirrors in the dressing room. It’s sad because she had a beautiful body.”

What to believe…WHO to believe? Why do you think this couple broke up?

She seems like one of those “needy” chicks.

Anon at 5:38 pm – you’ve just described me to a tee :) Too bad that it usually scares men away cuz I’m not an idiot who can’t take care of myself and really don’t need a man… double-edged sword :)

ANYWHO, for every hot chick out there, there is a man who is sick of f-ing her! No one is perfect and most people are “needy”. There are just a rare few of us who don’t feel defined by a significant other….

I think that costume designer needs to find a new career, she just burned that bridge, and not just with Jen. Would YOU want her in your trailer? I think not.

Vera can you please proof-read these post before posting them? I don’t think is you writing these all the time; the grammar and sentence structure are terrible on some of these. Proof read before posting!!

I can believe it from her, she’s always come across that way. I agree with the statement about him giving her a ring. Did he think she was going to change? You love someone for who they are, not who you can change them in to.

I think this is so absurd. she is a rich women, not needy and her body is so beautiful, she in in great bodys list. this is a joke.I guessx she wanted to break up and they were live in Jennifer’s house she is always working not Ross!

I will admit, usually I could care less about hollywood break ups, but this one made me sad. I really liked this couple together, it looked like they honestly loved each other. I hope they can work things out for the better.

I hope she was well paid for this because I’m pretty she just burned her bridge with Jennifer.

  10. OhmyDragonFly says:

    I agree.

  11. obsdwithino says:

She was too needy. Yet gave her a ring? Huh? I don’t buy this story!

Well she received SO much criticism for her body over the past year it’s no WONDER she’s paranoid now!

Exaclty, so if she was too needy, why did SHE break up with him according to some people? …or why did he then give her a ring? If they broke up over a prenup HE didn’t want to sign, why does he then say they’re working things out, wasn’t he the one to broke it off? None of these explanations make much sense and they all sound like manipulated gossip to sell magazines at the expense of what seemed to be a rather nice couple. I think we’ll never really know and it’s not for us to know either.

If they work things out great and if it wasn’t meant to be, lets hope they BOTH learn from their mistakes and eventually find happiness.

I never thought she was all that pretty until recently. She has a BEAUTIFUL face. And I like that she’s not super skinny!

apparently her ex (some guy I never heard of) said similar things…he was on howard stern show and said that she was way too needy for him, for example she would make him sit with her while she was getting her hair and make-up done. I also believe that she is very insecure. She was so hurt and humiliated about the bikini incident…she tells everybody that has a body with hips, boobs and butt should love their body no matter what and a size two isn’t considered fat yet she goes out to lose 18 lbs – which kinda makes her a hypocrites.

I AGREE! i dated a guy who produced her first album. He did say she was nice. But to much of that bit of a girly girl for him, but nice. Who won’t be , there were nothing but men working at his studio. They love all that shuffle the feet back and forth boyish stuff until they have to handle that EVERY FREAKEN DAY! it becomes very overwhelming for someone who is a grown man dealing with an equally grown woman.

this is terrible..and this is what Hollywood breeds. Unfortunately the type of people that seek fame are susceptible to the body image issues since they are self loving and narcissistic.

  18. Anonymous says:

nowdays unless you are sex crazed, overly independent, marriage hating–you are called needy. I have no clue how Love Hewitt is but that was just my observation.

I agree with you as well. sad world!
