Fact Or Fiction: Are Evan Rachel Wood & Mickey Rourke An Item?
Now this is something I didn't see coming, although apparently it's been rumored for awhile. The Wrestler co-stars Mickey Rourke and Evan Rachel Wood (whose characters were father and daughter in the movie) were spotted kissing outside of the SAG Awards afterparty on Saturday.
According to Pop Tarts spies, the actress went
upstairs with Rourke (whose second marriage ended over a decade ago)
when he suddenly grabbed her for a lip-lock in the outside area of the
swanky five-star hotel."
In the past, Evan has denied rumors of a romance
'Spread the word – I'm not dating Mickey Rourke,' Wood told PEOPLE... 'Everybody thinks we're dating and we're not.' "
Neither Mickey's nor Evan's reps responded to requests for a comment regarding this latest story.

I hope it's not true. If she went from Marilyn to Mickey I'd guess she had some sort of f*cked up childhood or something- that is too much.

They must be a "secret item"--and I am guessing that it has been going on for some months now. Easily since last Summer when they were touring Venice, Italy to promote their film, "The Wrestler". She certainly likes OLDER men!

I think it's not impossible that she's dating him, given her last boyfriend, she seems to like the unconventional. At the end of the day, though, it's her business. ;)
looks like she's trying to be rita hayworth (falls far short, she looks like laura linney)...didn't mickey say something in an interview recently about wishing rita hayworth was still around?...weird...

two desperate actors, trying to "make it big" by seeming cutting edge with each other...embarrassing to watch.
she'll probably give tongue to a family member to be like angelina next and he'll probably start cruising middle schools for action next...or else they'll get married and have father-daughter like fights all the time....does he even like women? or is that an act?

Oh, that is complete garbage. I know Mickey and Evan have nothing but good things to say about each other, but this rumor fired up last year when Evan was still dating Marilyn Manson. And the only reason it's starting again is because they're film was just widely released (and it was amazing!).
I call it fiction until there are pictures brought out.
