One of the biggest points of contention between Guy Ritchie and Madonna, in their ongoing divorce battle, is said to be where their children, Rocco, David and Lourdes were going to grow up. But, while nothing is official yet, supposedly that issue has been resolved…Madonna will keep the kids’ permanent residency in NYC with her.
Madonna is understood to have been given temporary permission to remove the two boys from Britain with the move expected to be made permanent shortly.
Everything is going to be resolved in the next couple of weeks. Everything is going well. It’s pretty amicable at the moment. Things are progressing.
I wonder if this decision was mutual or if it was a concession made on Guy’s part. Fortunately, as far as celebrity divorces/custody battles go, this one hasn’t seemed to be TOO nasty.

Lourdes wasn’t in contention since she isn’t Guy’s child. He has no rights to her and I don’t think he asked for visitation. Lourdes is close to her dad who lives in NYC.
