Britney & K-Fed Still Have Custody Issues To Discuss For Circus Tour
I wondered if Britney Spears' proclamation on her website that she was taking her sons with her on her Circus tour was a bit premature. Now, though, Kevin Federline's attorneys have announced that Britney and K-Fed "are close" to finalizing a custody arrangement for the tour, according to Kevin's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan.
There can be an agreement reached in probably the next day, but there is not an agreement that is signed yet."
It sounds like Kevin is happy to give Britney the access she wants to her sons, though.
'Kevin is working to make them accessible by going on various
central locations in various areas of the country, and he is doing that
because he wants her to be able to have the maximum positive
environment around her to assure that the tour will be successful,'
says Kaplan."
Are you an anxious Circus tour ticket holder? If you are, it sounds like they'll work everything out once everyone is done formally agreeing to the arrangement. Hopefully it will be equally beneficial for Britney and her sons!

Kevin is being awfully mature and accommodating, especially since this might take time away from him spending time with his other kids.

I'm really glad that Kevin is the bitter kind and won't let Britney see the kids. It seems like now that Kevin has a new woman in his life that is mothering their kids, Britney really needs to know that they'll be able to travel with her on tour. Just because she works doesn't mean that should get in the way of spending time with her kids!

I think the main reason why she wanted her children to tour with her because she was feeling threaten by Kevin's new girl.
Seriously how good can it be for those kids to be with her on tour.With all the madness weve seen from her previous tours or in any case any singers tour.
How much attention will they have from a tired mom.They are not dogs and they are at an age where they have other needs.
