Brandy is 30?
Brandy looks awfully happy for someone who killed an innocent woman by driving recklessly. I don't think I could live with myself if I murdered someone.
She was rear ended so her car rear ended the woman's car. She was not driving recklessly that is why there were no charges filed. She was given a speeding ticket that's all. When you point the finger at another person there are 3 fingers pointing back at you.
She wasn't driving recklessly. It was a tragic accident. She was not charged. Get over it.
