Lucie J. Kim filed a lawsuit at L.A. County Superior Court on Wednesday against Miley Cyrus because of the above photo where the singer is seen pulling on her eyes.According to legal papers obtained by website TMZ, Kim “claims to represent more than one million Asian Pacific Islanders who live in Los Angeles County and is seeking $4,000- the minimum damages for a civil rights violation – for each of them, which adds up to a whopping $4 billion in total”.
Despite her apology, Lucie is prepared to take this all the way. Miley’s camp has not come out with a comment just yet.

The difference is Miley is not a comedian or on a satirical show, she is a Disney girl & is supposed to have a clean cut image. She gets paid for it.
