The Hollywood community is putting their resources to good use. After hearing word of the horrific bush fires in Australia (that may have been started by an arsonist), many celebs are donating their money and time to help out.
Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr have been working a telethon fundraiser to help out. Orlanda says,
"I came here to see my girlfriend and we flew into this horrific news. It is amazing to see this sort of courage and spirit. It is inspiring to see the people of Australia pull together."
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban donated $500,000 dollars. Michael Buble pledged $50,000.
And Hugh Jackman says,
”We are Australians, we help our mates, and in the toughest times that is when we come together.”
In the face of such tragedy, it’s nice to see these stars stepping forward to do what they can.

It’s great when celebs decided to get generous. They’ve worked so hard for their money and it’s happy to see them helping other people even though they have every right to keep it.

I pledged to 2 things, one for the animals( the koala’s broke my heart) and one for the humans. Good for the celebs for doing this as well. The whole thing is just heartbreaking.
