See, this is a sign that Freida Pinto has really made it big…the tabloids are inventing husbands and breakups for her already!
The Daily Mail reports that the Slumdog Millionaire star actually got married to her college sweetheart, Rohan Antao, last year, but around the time of the Golden Globes this year, stopped calling him completely.
[They] were deeply in love with each other. Rohan and Freida had
decided to keep their marriage a secret till they felt ready to talk
about it openly. Even though she has dumped her husband now, he is not
the kind who will go out and speak against her.…They were together even when
she completed shooting for Slumdog Millionaire. But once the film started making waves internationally she decided to dump Rohan.
Freida’s rep would only say,
"We do not want to comment. However, if she is married then whoever is claiming it should produce a marriage certificate."

I agree with missy, once actors make it big, they usually “better deal” whoever they happen to be with….still, if it’s true, it’s not a very nice thing to do, especially by just stopping phone calls altogether!
it makes her a shallow ho for dumping him after he spent all that time supporting her, and if they were married, he should get half of whatever she earned. Plus, one film does not make her a star, she needs to check that ego if she wants to act in any more films.
Why do you assume that he spent that time supporting her? It could go either way. Anyway, I really doubt the authenticity of this story.
Wow this is interesting news. I guess since there is no marriage certificate there is no marriage. But why would they want to invent something that is so completely false??? The tabloids are getting worse and worse.

If it is true she is a horrible person. Unless they can prove she is actually married, I cannot believe it. It sounds like a wild story.. although, she could have been in an arranged marriage that she wasn’t happy in and now she has a way out? I dunno.. We will see how it plays out.
