Angelina Jolie Wants $20 Million Dollar Necklace For The Oscars
People have been hyping the supposed Angelina Jolie-Jennifer Aniston showdown "meet and greet" on the red carpet of the Oscars. I will fall off my couch if it actually happens on live television, but I have to admit, I'll be watching for it ;)
According to OK!'s story, Angelina is preparing for the Oscars by looking for a show-stopping accessory.
'She’s been driving all of the high-end jewelers of New York crazy,' a source tells OK! 'She’s looking for the impossible — a drop dead gorgeous $20 million diamond necklace to wear to the Oscars.'
Angie's quest for the best bling isn't just about decorating her neck: 'She really wants it to be a show-stopper and is making sure that she
is the one everyone has their eyes on this Sunday — and not Jennifer Aniston,' the insider adds."
Assuming this is true, I wonder how we were supposed to know this necklace was worth $20 million (without OK! to help us?) Would a necklace worth $20 million look that amazing? I guess it had better for that price, huh? (I know Angelina would probably be getting it on loan like many of the celebrities do, but I'm assuming the necklace was made to be sold, right?)
That earring Angelina wore to the German premiere of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button was certainly memorable! (Although I don't remember hearing anything about its worth.)
Well, I guess this story guarantees one more thing: we'll all be checking out Angelina's jewelry, won't we? Of course, let's face it, we would have been anyway ;)

IF this is true (which I don't think) why would someone so concerned with helping third world countries, adopting needy children, etc. be so obsessed with getting just the right necklace for some awards show??
Having a huge diamond necklace isn't going to help her "get" Jennifer Aniston. She already took her husband for christ's sake. She already got all of Jennifer's attention!

Unless Angelina has suffered a recent head injury, I don't think wanting to wear a $20 million necklace sounds like her. I am soooooo tired of pitting these 2 against each other. Is this crap still going to be happening when they are all in wheel chairs and depends.

This is obviously a false story. Angelina hardly wears jewelry, even at redcarpet events. So desperately trying to get a $20 million necklace doesn't make sense. Also it's the dress that people pay attention to and talk about not jewelry.

probably not true. At least for sure she is not running around PERSONNALY. Usually the jewellers send their pieces to the celebrities and the celebrities BORROW them for 1 night, they don't usually buy them. And what woman doesnt want to grab all the attention?
Angelina is a full-blown narcissist and I think people are realizing that more and more. I think she and Madonna + some other ones could be shipped to a deserted island, were they can pull their fake attention-seeking tricks on each other!!!!! But I suspect they would die within 24 h for lack of narcissistic supply.

I still don't understand why people are making such a big problem about Angelina and Jennifer. It seems like they both are happy now, just let it rest. Why always blame Angelina, why not Brad? If he loved Jennifer so much, he wouldn't even think of cheating on her right? And don't tell me that if a woman seduce(?) you, you can't think straight.
And Jennifer have to let it go, accept that Brad wasn't in love with her any more. I think that's the big issue here, when Jennifer accept that she can move on, and that all eyes are on the new dreamcouple, if you like it or not and not on her anymore.
There is also jealousy here, Angelina is a gorgeous woman, better looking then Jennifer (that is my opinion), beautiful children. Stop playing the sad, hurt and heartbroken wife. Everybody makes mistakes and if there is one thing you can't control, it is love. So please, there are worse things in life then discussing the matter Angelina/Jennifer. It's not my intention to hurt somebody's feeling, but as long as the fans/haters discuss this matter, the paparazzi will feed it.
