They are under so much pressure to be thin. Plus now Tori is back on 90210 where all those girls look like they are starving themselves also. So I can only imagine the pressure to stay thin.

Her chest is a mess. Either keep it covered or get the balloons removed. And she needs to stop wearing long earrings that draw attention to her elongated jaw line.
I think it's really easy to sit here and say that Tori needs to eat something and shouldn't be so self-centered, but has anyone stopped to think about why people have eating disorders? Something in her life is not right and, regardless of how shallow or petty we think that is, we shouldn't be judging her and calling her names for her actions; we should be channeling our energy into hoping she will recognize the problem(s) and get some help. She had 2 children within a very short span of time - she could be dealing with some PPD in combination with the typical Hollywood pressure. I'd also imagine that, in a way, the lower on the totem pole you are in the business, the more pressure you'd feel to conform... anyway, that's what I think about the whole thing. I hope she finds some contentment and can be comfortable in her own skin at some point very soon.

when women suffer from Anorexia Nervosa the body ( as a protection ) starts the process of growing "fuzz" hair on the back, arms and legs. Is not like regular hair we all have; it looks like fuzzy hair, like fur. Is the body's way of protecting the organs..look it up.

I just feel bad for her. Unlike everyone else, I actually like Tori and enjoyed her show with Dean. I've always been a fan of 90210 and watch the new one too, i'm looking forward to Tori's episodes.
I think there is a lot more going on than her just wanting to be "skinny" she needs help and hopefully someone around her will get her some.

Wow... there are so many nasty posts on here... since when did we have to choose with whom to empathize as though we have only so much to give? How about empathizing with those that have eating disorders, those that are sick and dying, those that are homeless, etc... I just don't understand the anger geared toward this subject. Inner turmoil is nasty regardless of who you are or what your social status is. People tend to feel strongly about different things, which is good... otherwise, our society would focus on just a few issues and would get even worse tunnel vision than we already have. Whew.

I thought she was looking too thin when you posted her in that "old lady outfit" - the one she wore that had flowers on it, tacky shoes and a bad wrap? Anyway, I remember thinking that she looked rediculous enough in the clothes, but then that her body is starting to look very waspy. I remember she made a comment about how hard it was to loose the pounds after the second pregnancy. I'm sad that she has gone this route. She could pass it off as a medical condition, lack of time to eat, I really don't buy that.
I really loved her show with Dean as well. I think she tries to be the best person she can be...and while she's not going to get any credit from me for being a humanitarian, or a supermom type (like Angelina, who BTW annoys the CRAP out of me), no one is perfect and I'm not going to spend time relentlessly picking her apart.

There is so much pressure to be thin, good looking and rich. I for one think it is doing harm to the young girls. I have been the size 0 anorexic and am now a healthy 6. It took my husband and boss to boost my ego and to make me eat. Size 6 is not FAT by any stretch of the imagination. I think Hollywood has forgotten the actresses that had a full body and looked fantastic.
Good for you for getting help!!! No way is size 6 fat. It just boggles my mind when I hear that sort of garbage. I'm an ex-model (not a famous one, but a local one). I did it in my teen years and man there was a lot of pressure even back then to look flawless. I used to be terrified about getting zits. I was a size 12, though, and looked good (I'm 5'6"). "Fat" is is "obese"... NOT a size 12 or a 6. That's just retarded. A size zero is ok if you're like 5 feet tall. Otherwise, it's too skinny and NOT healthy.

She has always been very unattractive. Even with plastic surgery (nose and boobs - all she will admit to) couldn't make her look better. That's sad considering all the money she had and that some of the best plastic surgeons in the world are right in her backyard.
She should really get her boobs redone. That surgeon should have been smacked in the head. God, her chest is concave - looks like someone hit her with a baseball bat. Yuck.

Nothing gets posts more than an St. Angie post other than a "does she look fat/too thin post. I don't know what that says about women, we are obsessed with weight I guess. I do remember that a dr talked on a show about the deformation in her chest wall that causes that look, her ribs or something are concave, and that you try to correct for it, but it will never be like a regular chest, you do the best you can on the foundation that is there, and they compensate with the implant, but they don't make a new chest wall, and thus... her chest.

Hey I know these are models and actresses whose living depends on their image and that whole package, however this is going way too far. I mean ok I used to model in the late 80's and the correct fit size was 8 now, that's a plus size....um excuse me....
Tori Spelling should not bother losing (or gaining) weight. Manicures, haute couture, new nose, new cheekbones, new eyes, all the best make-up from Chanel or MAC, blonde, brunette or redhead-- she is always going to be UGLY. There's no way around that.
I suppose she should work on her personality, caring for her kids (who fortunately resemble their father) and staying away from cameras-- except she seems like a bitch, and keeps looking for photo ops. She should gain as much weight as she wants and quit foisting her Admiral Akbar appearance on the world. Then everyone would be happy.
