No Truth To IVF Portia De Rossi Story

Last week, INO posted a story about Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi trying for a child via IVF. Turns out someone with a really big imagination decided to spread some lies about the pair because Portia has released a statement discrediting the rumor.

"There’s a story around right now about me that could not be further from the truth. (The IVF story) was just completely made up. The baby thing comes around annually. I find once a year, you know, whether I deny it or not. It doesn’t make any difference."

I don't know why this still shocks me, but it does. Someone was just trying to make a quick buck I suppose. But how quickly these magazines bite for a lead!

I think too often they think if they just keep saying it, eventually they'll be right.

Yeah, I called it. I knew Ellen would've made the announcement if it were true, rather than letting the tabloids be the ones to tell us.
