Remember Paula Abdul’s insistence that there was no cat fighting between herself and the new American Idol judge, Kara DioGuardi?When she called Kara a "true sister?"
Looks like it’s on now.
Paula reportedly told OK! Magazine in an interview that she did not think four judges "was a good idea."Kara, the fourth judge, responded publicly.
‘Paula has a right to her opinions, but I was
disappointed by her comments, and hurt that she did not address them to
me in person,’ Kara said in an exclusive statement to Access Hollywood."
In the interest of accuracy, I must say that although I’ve read reports of Paula saying this in several places on the internet, the OK! website does not have any mention of this in their interview excerpt.
However, Paula’s rep gave Access Hollywood a statement that certainly isn’t a denial.
‘Paula’s quote was taken out of context,’ the rep told Access. ‘She was referring to previous ‘guest judges’ from past seasons. Not Kara.’ "
Hmmm… that doesn’t sound good.Especially in light of the fact that Paula did tell OK! that this is the last season of her American Idol contract and there are "so many other things I want to do."

Kara has experience and knows what shes talking about. shes a major songwriter and without her, all those slutty trash fashed “artists” out there wouldnt have hit songs and wouldnt therefore be famous. she knows what shes talking about but paula on the other hand really really has to go. shes full of trash i cant stand listening to her its senseless
Paula knows her stuff she does have her own music out there, but I like Kara too. Dont know too much about Kara but they should both be able to share their opinions… on another note Ive always been a fan of Paulas so I dont want to see her go.
I really wish “respectively” that Kara was no longer a judge on American Idol. She is not a good fit.
I know of quite a few people who feel the same.
Kara should of taken her own advice and gone to Paula privately now she’s the one that looks like a fool.

I am not a fan of Paula… she needs to shut her trap, take her pills and leave American Idol. Enough of her! And I don’t like that new chick either. Or Randy… Just have Simon up there he can do the job haha

OMG! I am so sick of Paula and her meandering rambling non-constructive critiques. Shit, all she had to say about one contestant tonight was that she had hot legs. For Christ’s sake, get rid of the fool. Please let this be her last season! Kara is so much better.

Honestly… I can’t stand either one of them!!!!!! Paula is just WEIRD and Kara is a “you-know-what”. After she sang in that one chick’s audition, my feelings were validated… so pretentious!
