New Twilight Casting Information
So just to recap Twilight casting news, we have Dakota Fanning as Jane, Taylor Lautner staying on as Jacob, a possible Annalynne McCord for the part of Heidi (trying to work out scheduling conflicts)...and now word has just come out that a relatively unknown Canadian actor named Bronson Pelletier has just been cast in a "major role," in New Moon.
His Wikipedia info says that he has an indigenous heritage, so it's pretty safe to say he'll be playing the part of one of the wolves.
What's your take on the news? With that baby face I'm going to guess he'd be good in the part of Seth. Yay or nay?
Ps. Sorry for the small picture, it's all I can find...for now. I'm sure we'll be seeing more of him now that this big Twilight news has been announced. :)

So non-white people are cast as wolves? Is that what you're saying? That doesn't seem right at all.
the reason is because the wolves are from the la push tribe --so you can't have a white person play it! thats like casting a white man in a black role or vice versa!

Bronson Pelletier is in the popular Canadian show "renegadepress.com" it's always on TV over here in Canada of course, can't wait to see what his role will be ..

Ugh.. First poster, you've clearly never read the books or simply failed to understand them. In this case, no, the wolves cannot be 'white' because they are from the la push tribe. Not EVERYTHING and EVERYONE is racist.
I have the same feeling, he'll probably play Seth. He's too tiny or Sam:)
or maybe Quil or Embry
Quil and Embry are already cast.. they were in the first movie. Anyways, I would agree that he would probably be playing Seth.
Oh god, a few more weeks, rather days, and I will be able to go drive around town to see if I can find where they are shooting. I have a pretty good idea of where in Van they are going to be at, so hopefully I can get some shots!! :)

I'm guessing Seth or perhaps it's another case of publicity for an unknown by attaching them to the Twilight/New Moon movies. Ugh.
who cares?? i just want to see good actors and cute boys in it ha!
he looks too much like a little kid to be an actual wolf...i bet he plays pre-wolf embry or quil
