The Hollywood Reporter is… reporting that Brittany Snow had landed the lead role in an upcoming Gossip Girl spin-off. Because we can’t get enough of rich people being snooty and well dressed, the CW has put together a prequel show chronicling Lily van der Woodsen’s career as a young woman. Lily is played by Kelly Rutherford for those of you who don’t watch the show.
Spin off is set to air on May 11th.

I don’t think I’ll watch it. I’m disappointed with Gossip Girl right now. The only storyline I enjoy following is Blair and Chuck.
