WOW! I wonder if that is how she perceives the media perceiving her???

Maybe Kate reads blogs. That seems to be how alot of the women on here perceive her.
Is the way she has presented herself; I don't think people perceive her that way just because she got married and divorce. Plenty of people get divorced, Kate made her bed and now she has to lie in it..sort of speak. During her marriage she started dating Owen and left her husband to shack up with him. After her divorce is been man after man. There is nothing wrong with a woman dating whomever she wants; but there is a way of doing things, especially when kids are involved. Date all the men you want, just don't introduce each and every Tom, Dick and Harry to your kid.
Well that IS how Kate is perceived. I love Scarlett's dress!

I definitely thinks it's sad people think that way about Kate Hudson, but most of the comments I read about her try to imply that. Like she can't have a personal life.

I know Scarlett tried to be witty and make sort of a compliment, but this kind of comments make you look like an idiot when you are in a foreign country; she is in Italy, not in a zoo.
Gosh, I just think some people have gotten so rude in this day and age.
Firstly, anonymous # 3, please don't be so rude to Vera on her on website, and attack her intelligence like that with your "I thought you were smarter than that" and "Duh". You go on her site, access all the pictures and articles she spends a lot of time collecting and writing for OUR entertainment and you somehow feel you have the right to be so cheeky.
Also, I think people are so incredibly judgmental of female celebrities in this day and age. Can we focus on the positives here please?
1. Despite being the daughter of 2 huge celebrities and coming into a successful acting career herself, she appears to remain very grounded, down to earth and sweet.
2. She seems to be a very hands on mother, which we know from her always being photographed with her son.
3. If she is photographed with the man she is dating and her son, this just proves furthermore, how much time she spends with him and is honest with him about who she is seeing and why on earth is that wrong?
Seems to me, just like many women out there, she's looking for love. I'm sure she has dealt with all the ramifications of the divorce just fine on her own without having to deal with everyone elses opinions on the matter. Can we not all be so sexist and treat her just the same as we would any other celebrity father? Unfortunately, I don't see that happening any time soon. At least maybe the people of today can start to make a positive chance and work towards a kinder society in the future. There's no need to be cruel. There's enough unnecessary evil in this world.
The thing about a comment is that it should be short, maybe you should write a book or something...

Vera, all you have to do is read the comments here about Kate Hudson. Ok, this isn't the media portraying her but there is a rather large and really sad bunch of people who think just because you have more than one partner you are a whore.

She's in Milan, where people eat Piccata Milanese. So why should she use things as a reference that are not typical Lombardian?

What I'm saying has a very good motive, in that I'm at least trying to promote kindness in counter action to your cruelty towards two people you don't even know. There is no purpose in being malicious, so you should stop 'waisting' your time.
I don't think Kate Hudson is a whore. I do, however, think she's pathetically needy the way she's never without a man, often falling back on exes to avoid being alone. Hardly strong, independent role model material!
How can eating veal be politically correct. Veal is the meat of weaning calf. As cruel as eating foie gras.
