I guess with one baby and another on the way the time is ripe for these two. Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are supposedly planning to get married sometime soon. Then again, it's not like this is something we haven't heard before.

The same source adds that Nicole has found a gorgeous vintage Yves Saint Laurent dress that she's just dying to wear.

Knowing Nicole's fashion sense, I'm sure the dress is AMAZING. In fact, I'd be more excited to see those wedding pictures than I have been for a celebrity wedding in a long time!

It's not a matter of getting with the times. People don't have illegitimate children, children have illegitimate parents. That's FU*CKED up do what's best for the kid, if you you can't commit to a marriage, you can't mentally commit to raising children.
