The girl is only 19 years old. That is a very harsh thing to say. Rhianna will come out of this ok, regardless of whether she is with Chris Brown or not. She is a talented girl and I think this will have no effect on her career.
She’s 21. For all we know, this is her first *real* relationship. It’s hard to walk away from your first love, even if you *know* what they’re doing is wrong. The feelings are so strong, and so difficult to simply turn off. I think everyone needs to leave her alone, and let her work it out without criticism.
Listen, like Trump or hate him this comment makes sense to me. If Rihanna is stupid enough to WANT to return to an abusive relationship, that would be fine IF she weren’t such an influential figure. So many young girls look up to her and if she stands by him she is sending a terrible message that domestic violence is forgivable. Which it isn’t. I hate how celebrities don’t seem to take into account their responsibility to their young fans to set a good example. If you’re lucky enough to become famous I feel you should have to work at being a positive role model and you should take into consideration your effect on society when decision making. With fame should come responsibility. Period.

Isn’t it interesting that instead of saying something against Chris Brown, Trump has come out with a statement against Rihanna and what she should/shouldn’t do? What about what Chris should/shouldn’t do? Rhianna is the victim here, yet Trump has found a way to potentially vilify her.
The fact is, Donald Trump is a misogynistic idiot who is completely unqualified to talk about women’s issues. He has no idea about the psychology of an abused woman, and therefore, needs to shut the hell up.
What he`s saying came to my mind too. As a celebrity you have to be aware that you are a role model to many (young) people. Even I admired her – although I am older and have never been a big fan of somebody. But now… I see reality..she`s just a normal girl with big problems and a big bankaccount. To be honest, I don´t think that it will be possible for her to continue her carreer if she stays with him. It is bad for her credibility. Fans want to dream: if I would be that rich, famous, goodlooking and so on… That`doesn´t make sense no more. Her career only has a chance if she separates from him clearly. It has to be a statement. But leading such a crazy life that to do is perhaps even more difficult than for “normal” persons in that situation.

I hope he and everyone who shares his opinion minds their own business unless they can directly help her in the way she needs help, know whats going on in her head and know what its like being in her relationship. It is not easy to get out of an abusive relationship. It has nothing to do with finances in some cases and this is one of them. He has an emotional strong hold over her and that’s not easily broken. I think people are forgetting that she’s 21. She’s a kid and is obviously lacking the proper counsel to help get her out of the situation.

I completely agree with him in fact I contacted her label about her. I will not condone viloence and will not support her because she has taken him back. She is telling young adults and women it’s ok for your boyfriend to hit you. Unless she gets away from I will not support her or her label. You have to get their attention were it hurts and that is her pocketbook.
