Blake Lively Learns From Britney Spears' Mistakes
Blake Lively won't make the same mistakes most of young Hollywood does when first entering the game. The actress insists she isn't going to get sucked into the limelight and make a fool of herself publicly for the world to see.
"I'm trying to avoid all the excessive aspects of this business. So many young actors make mistakes and they do it in front of the cameras.
Blake brings up Britney Spears as her example.
"I mean Britney was dating a paparazzo! If she wasn't Britney Spears, would he have been with her? That's why it's important to me to surround myself with people I trust."
After all her recent press, the actress insists she is still "pretty normal".
"I'm still pretty normal. I don't see myself as a celebrity. I like cooking - I'm a bit of a Nigella Lawson. I don't hang out at nightclubs, although I enjoy going to cool restaurants. But reading in cafes is more my style.
This is the happiest I've ever been."
It can continue to be this way as long as Blake chooses this. There are a few big celebrities that manage to live normal lives.

I don't think Blake Lively will ever be in the same situation as Britney. Right frim the get go, Britney's publicity machine was working overtime to get her noticed and her name out there, both in good and bad situations. And she has paid a high price for all that recognition and fame. I'm not a huge Britney fan, but as a mom I feel bad for the things she has gone through. Blake may be popular for now because of the show, but in a few years people will undoubtedly be going 'who?' when they hear her name. It's just how the machine that is Hollyweird works.
This was filmed by my job. As I was walking Blake came out from the restaurant. I have to say she is not as tall as people say she is. I'm 5'11 and she was much shorter than me. 5'8?

And what makes people think that once her show (GG) is done she is not to act anymore?? like that is the only thing there is for her to do, honestly people!!! anyways it is true Vera as long as they choose to have a normal life and "REALLY" stay private she could be the biggest start and that doesn't have to turn her into a worthless,drunken,jobless woman like we already have seen.
