Arrests Made In Anna Nicole Smith's Death - Including Howard K. Stern!

Well, we haven't talked about Howard K. Stern in a very long time. I'm talking YEARS. But today, the lawyer made the news once again... for getting ARRESTED.
Turns out Anna Nicole Smith's former friend has been formally charged with conspiring to furnish drugs to Smith prior to her death. Joining him were doctors Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich who allegedly prescribed medication unlawfully to Dannielynn's mother.
The conspiracy counts allege the three defendants conspired to provide controlled substances to Smith from between June 2004 and January 2007. They also were charged with "prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict," among other charges.
Howard's bail was set for $20,000.

Duh! We all knew he 'helped'. This should be interesting to see if any charges stick.
