First Look: Pussycat Dolls' New Video "Jai Ho"

Pussycat Dolls have just premiered the video for their version of A R Rahman’s Oscar winning “Jai Ho!”
“It was such a great honor to be able to re-write my own version of the lyrics,” said PCD’s Nicole Scherzinger who worked with producer Ron Fair on the new interpretation of the track.
The Dolls shot the video for “Jai Ho (You Are My Destiny)” at an abandoned train station museum in snowy Vienna with director Thomas Kloss (Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus).

The original song is awesome, and one of the main reasons it's so good is because it follows on the heels of a spectacular film. Take away the film and enter in a new concept and lyrical twist from the minds of the Pussycat Dolls, Britney Spears and Miley Cyrus and all you're left with a piece of vapid fluff. Thumbs down... way down.
I like the song, the dance moves are not Bollywood looking at all. They look too much like regular hip hop moves.
Um... someone needs to tell Nicole how to pronounce Jai Ho... it's not Jay Hoe!

I'm surprised by how much I like it!
What I can't stand is the freaking PRODUCT PLACEMENT! They need to show their actions through the video screen of a new cutting edge phone? It's the biggest part of the action in the first few seconds, and it's obvious. I feel like my intelligence is being insulted every time I see something like that.
Two syllables - AW-FUL!
Im am so tired of them making the lead singer always hogging 90% of the video. OMGoodness!! We all know Nicole is beautiful but jeesh. They keep zomming in on her!! Why have others in the video if 95% of it is going to be about her!!!
i love this song! it pumps me up.. but i think its dumb that they made a video for an oscar winning song and dont even have the main actress and actor that were in the movie in the video. thats makes no sense, the song is on that soundtrack! and having the pussycat dolls took away the culture of thee song. please remake :]
