On Set Pictures From New Moon

Yesterday, I posted a link to a fan site that had a ton of pictures online showing the cast of New Moon enjoying a cigarette break. Turns out that site wasn't available for most of the day, so I wanted to post the pictures on INO for those interested in seeing Rob Pattinson, Peter Facinelli, Taylor Lautner, Kellan Lutz, Jackson Rathbone, Nikki Reed, and Kristen Stewart enjoying a little down time in between takes.
The cast and crew are currently in make up and ready to roll! Can't wait to see how this movie turns out. I have high hopes as you know.

I agree, and it is not the first time I notice that. Kristen Stewart is photographed all the time smoking. I mean Twilight is still a movie/are books that are created for young people. and they are their role models. even if they don't like it. I don't know why they can't be more sneaky about the smoking. i do understand they are young theirself and still private people who need their personal freedom but ..hell no. even in the magazine pictures robert is smoking. i just think it is wrong.

I like that they don't try to look like perfect little virgins. They don't pretend to be something they are not. I mean come on they are smoking it's not like they are shooting heroin or doing lines of cocaine for the cameras! Give them a break guys! I mean they are just normal people like everybody else!

they are rolemodles because they are famous..if you are in a movie or show that thousands of ppl watch they become fans..and if they are younger they look up to those actors and actresses...they don't have to be perfect but they shouldnt allow ppl to take pics of them smoking...how would you like if your kid started smoking because she or he saw rob pattinson doing it and thats it??? i wouldnt happy
i think that we should not even worry about what they're doing. its none of our business. they're old enough to make decisions on they're own. i smoke, i mean yeah i don't just say screw it, i try to be less noticeable about it. but its none of our business what they do. what if they were prying in on your private life... would you like that? i didn't think so. i don't like it, but i deal with it because people just don't want to listen when we ask them nicely the first time then have to get mean the next. just... worry about you and let Rob and Kristen worry about themselves. i go through an everyday life where i'm bombarded everyday about where i'm at, who i'm with, and what i'm doing. its like the poparazi... they don't know when enough is enough. I understand where Rob and Kristen are coming from... not personal experience, but i know. i don't want to be followed around with a camera all day having pictures taken of my every movement, of my everyday life activities. but for the celebrities like Rob and Kristen, to the poparazi, it doesn't work that way. they don't care if you want privacy or not they just want the money that'll be getting paid to them for taking the shots. Rob and Kristen aren't perfect, i'm not perfect, and neither are you. no one's perfect. so give them a break.
Get over it. They are people and allowed to make their own decisions. If you dont like that they somke than dont look at the pics of them smoking!!

Deal with it, people. Other people don't have the live the way you think they should. Why are people so naive? You all act like little kids that just found out there is no Santa Claus. Yes, LOTS of people still smoke, and in Hollywood the percentage is probably higher than average. Contrary to what the media has lead you to believe, it is still quite common. I don't understand where all the shock comes from.

Just because we think that smoking is bad for your health and you shouldn't do it doesn't mean we are naive. You should realize respect will get you farther in life than bitchiness.
It is naive to be surprised that so many people still smoke, especially young people in Hollywood. Sorry, but it is. If you are out in the world being exposed to all kinds of different people you realize not everyone lives the goody-goody life and not everyone cares what other people think about how they live.
It's not naive to think that when a person smokes its repulsive. It's a point of view. Last time I checked there were no laws prohibiting freedom of expression, but there are numerous laws that prohibit smoking in various circumstances. So the judgement isn't wrong, but the cancer sticks are. As someone previously mentioned, these KIDS are role models to the tweens who actually watch these films. If they have to smoke, do it out of plain sight. It's glorifying an awful habit. Watch now, all the twihards will be on 40 a day very soon, carrying around guitars they can't play on their backs. Wow I can't take the coolness.
when your a star you can't really get out of sight.....there are cameras all around you all the time!! Are you kidding me? Just BC their job happens to be public doesn't mean that they should have to sacrifice their freedom of choice. They too are human just as you and I'm sure you too do things that people disagree with. But you go on living everyday not being persecuted for being a human. Just think how wrong it is to eat greasy fattty foods and don't act like you haven't tried them... Being fat isn't illegal neither is smoking. Big deal. Is that all you have to worry about is what they are doing? If they smoke they smoke. Who put you in the role of god? Every picture is them on BREAK. Millions of people have smoke breaks to unwind from their stressors. They are entitled to it too.

I agree that is their choice and that it is more common than we (non smokes) like it to be. but is annoying how they all are in a cloud of smoke and it looks so gross even Dr.Cullen join the smoke hang ha! gross,gross,gross but hey! is their lungs they are smoking with not mine.

I think smoking is gross and awful and it did "shock" me, not that actors smoke, but that almost ALL of them were smoking? Ugh. It is a turn off for a lot of people. The most surprising for me to see smoking was Peter...I thought with 3 daughters at home he wouldn't, but I guess that's me being "naive" as some of you would say.

If you want a role model for your children don't look to actors, they only signed up to do their job and portray a character on the screen, you should instead look to yourselves and other everyday people to be their role models. I was so disappointed to see Peter Facinelli smoking. I think it sets a poor example for his young daughters. More girls are likely to take up smoking today than boys. All these pictures of Hollywood stars smoking don't help.

I'm so very very excited that new moon is coming out! But i dont care that they smoke and everyone making a big deal about it not the movie. Well the movie is going to be awesome and i so super excited for it b/c it was my favorite book. (im in love with jacob) and it will be awesome unless they mka it kind of cheesy again. OMG SO EXCITED

you'd actually be amazed at how many people smoke in the real world :). LOL, when I was 15/16, more than half of my year level smoked. It's really normal to smoke.. I guess people find it so weird because they don't really know what these actors/ actresses are like outside, but they're just like us :D. haha, so yeah.. it's actually normal, and plus most of them are old... as in 20s or in their higher teen years.... they have so much money... and smoking probably just keeps them from having to eat all the time :)
