Kristen Stewart Getting Ready For Joan Jett Biopic

This is going to be a lot different than being in love with a vampire right? Kristen Stewart is going to have to bring a ton of energy to her next movie, a Joan Jett biopic.

What is the actress doing to prepare for the role?

"I’m just listening to her music all the time. I spent New Year’s with her. I’m trying to just make myself aware of the time period and what she was going through."

Thank goodness for Kristen, Joan is excited about the casting for her movie.

"Kristen should make a really good me… She has the passion for it."

But Stewart admits she’s feeling the pressure that comes with playing a real person onscreen. Who wouldn’t!!?

"It’s one of the most immense responsibilities to play a real person. Her story’s important. It’s an incredibly triumphant feminist story really.

"She’s the first woman to ever start her own record label. She’s just a good person. She’s got ambition. She’s got conviction. She’s cool. So many people know her as just being like one of the coolest people to ever live. That in itself is one of the most intimidating things that I’ve ever had to confront but she’s so cool too. She’s one of the nicest, most soulful women I’ve ever met. It’s an honour, but it really is."

I pretty much agree Kristen does not have the acting chops to pull this off. And even more embarrassing is Dakota is going to show her up. That is what is wrong with casting the it girl of the moment… A few years ago it would have been Lindsay Lohan.

none of those shoes (when you scroll over the picture) are anywhere near close to resembling what she has on. plus they are all double the amount the shoes she is actually wearing.
    she’s wearing vans skate hi’s for $55-$65 at vans.com

Screw this flavor of the month and her delicate features. They should have gotten A. Argento to portray J. Jett.

Oh and NEVER compare her to LiLo. Thats insulting, Kristen would never be like that. Stop spending your time hating on her and get over yourself.
