Eddie Cibrian Speaks About Rumored Affair With LeAnn Rimes
This morning we read LeAnn Rimes' response to the story that broke about her having an affair with Eddie Cibrian. The actor finally spoke up about the Us Weekly story and released a statement of his own.
“Other than being friends and two actors who were romantically intertwined in a movie-for-television we filmed last fall, there is no truth to the reporting initiated by US Magazine,” Eddie said in a statement to Access Hollywood on Wednesday. “It is a fabricated story that is using random snapshots as connective tissue to create a scandalous relationship.”
That's a lot different than HER VERSION right?!! When she wrote "not everything in our
lives is always black and white" I almost fell off my couch.
Eddie's version is saying the story is fake, but LeAnn's isn't so concrete.

can you imagine how pissed his wife is! i mean really leeann is sounding like a complete ho...& even IF she's just doing this for attention or whatever that is just mental.
It's called SPIN...they have had an affair and got busted. LeAnn seems unhappy in her marriage and Eddie is your typical guy caught and trying to dig himself out of the hole he willingly put himself in. He will deny until it gets him somewhere and that never works long term. I will never understand why people get involved with others who are married. If you are unhappy, then get yourself free and move on. It is so unfair to his kids, wife, etc... Completely lost respect for both of them. Gross.
What it means is that she thought the affair meant more then he did. I don't doubt that it happened. He's lying. His former Playboy Playmate wife probably made him put out that statement.
Your statement is right on the money. They had an affair, period. It meant more to her than him and now he denies the whole thing because he has no intention of ending his marriage with his wife. Leann was simply a piece of ass and they ended up getting caught. I'm sure Leann must feel really special after his statement was released. Just goes to show you...never crap where you sleep. Publicity for a Lifetime movie is what it sounds like to me. A scandal gets attention and attention gets people talking.. not the brightest way to get noticed for a movie, but it will get seen by more people now...just sayin..
I am sure the affair happened. LeAnn is probably in an open marriage and Eddie isn't. Plus Eddie has kids and has a lot more to lose. I agree that LeAnn was probably hoping for a future with him and he just wanted a fling.

Sounds like he's trying to pull himself out of it. Too bad for LeAnn. Women fall in love a lot easier than guys.
They are both married. They had no business having an affair. They have no morals, no loyalty and no sense of responsibility. Now when everything has been brought out into the light they are trying to scramble: He is trying to save his marriage and she probably wants out of hers. Her husband is obviously whooped, so she can still hold onto him if she pleases. Nasty games people play.

Leann's comment "not everything in our lives is always black and white" clearly eludes to the fact that people pretty much believe everything they read and think that it is the truth. She probably just didn't want to comment any further on the situation out of respect for her husband and their relationship. They are obviously *not* having an affair; US Magazine is just trying to create a scandal.
WHile I agree with you about she probably meant by her black and white comment, I don't know how you can say so emphatically that "they are obviously not having an affair".. Where there is smoke, there is usually fire, a lot of examples come to mind...
